My dog just finished her first vacation at Pet Palace! I was so nervous leaving her in a new place when her regular boarding place was already booked up. I think we actually won't use this as a backup, but instead as our new go-to boarding place for Peach! I was able to email whenever and find out how she was doing! Check in/out was easy and efficient! When I picked her up she was healthy, clean, and very happy! The staff were all so sweet to her, and that made me feel like she had been very well taken care of! She must have had a good time because she has been sleeping all day! Thanks Pet Palace for taking such good care of my baby!

3 years ive been taking my great dane here and he loves it. The whole team knows him very well so i know he is in good hands. Easy online booking! Good pricing too!

Really good experience. My dog always comes back to me happy after an extended stay. Sometimes more plump than how I left him but that just shows how much care and attention they give are dogs. KIND and attentive staff. Love how they give a report card with pick up. Clean as well.

My cats can handle being alone for a few days but my daughter's cat has major separation anxiety. Mine will eat when they're hungry and so their food will last a few days. Hers? When presented with four days of food, he's going to eat all of it and get sick. So it was time to bring Goose to Pet Palace. A wonderful clean facility. Lots of space, lots of light and yes, the cats are in a special side room with an exclusive door. When Pet Palace called and told us that Goose wasn't eating, I headed over to check on him. I brought some of his special treats and got to see exactly how he's spending his time. It's a nice big space - around three feet wide and six feet high with three levels. It's like a little apartment. And yes, clean. With his treats, Goose was happy. And he was happy to have me visit. So yeah, I'm really happy that while my daughter visited friends, Goose is good, the trip was good and my daughter is home now. [Review 20806 overall - 3505 in North Carolina - 1790 of 2023.]

We just started using Pet Palace for boarding this year and we will never change back. They are so wonderful with our fur babies. Having senior aged dogs can be a challenge due to mobility issues, meds..etc and the staff at Pet Palace are very accommodating to those factors. The staff is always super sweet when we come it and it makes the whole experience very pleasant.

Brought our 7 month old puppy there while we went to Carowinds - she loved it and got spoiled! At first we felt like we couldn't leave her but we got showed around and all our anxieties got washed away by the friendliness of the staff! They even didn't charge us because the first day was for free - we didn't know that so we were extra happy! Otherwise this money would've been spent wisely!Definitely recommend this place if you're a busy per owner and just want to know your loved furry friend in good hands!Best regards - Elintherottie from Instagram

Pet Palace was awesome. This was our first time leaving our pet there. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and gentle with our pet and they called with updates. They took very good care of our Molly. I will definitely use them again and may even let her do doggie daycare there.

First time for both of my dogs being g away from home so you can imagine how uneasy this can be. We have two pit Bulls that are not dog friendly and we're hesitant about leaving them for long. Not only we're they very safe with our dogs but clearly got a lot of love, attention, and exercise. After picking them up they're both clearly happy and tired! Boost and Gage will be back when time comes again. Thank you for being a safe place for our boys

I actually ended up at this place by complete accident and circumstance. I initially booked a sitter through Rover after having a terrible experience with a boarding facility in my town (Rock Hill). When I arrived at the sitters house to drop my dogs it was a COMPLETE disaster. Therefore I was left scrambling trying to find a place to board my 2 dogs. It so happened to be spring break in Rock Hill so everywhere local was full. I called here in hopes they would have availability and they were able to fit my pups in. The facility is clean, well staffed, and when I picked my dogs up they were clean and tired. Neither of them came home with any GI issues either. They do cost a bit more than other facilities, but you get what you pay for! I never have to worry when I'm out of town and have to leave my pups here! Sammie and Ridley are looking forward to their next stay :)

Pet Palace - South Charlotte is the only place I have found where I feel totally comfortable leaving my fur-baby for boarding! The staff here is beyond excellent & I am always so impressed at the amazing service they provide. We will be coming here for years and years to come! :)
