Everything was provided for and very clean to use. the entire staff was so friendly too! I will definitely be back for the self wash service as well as the treats! they have many simple ingredient treats and kibble for your fur babies which I really appreciate! So happy I found this place.

Although it was a frustrating situation I appreciated that someone was able to address the situation and take time to inform me and apologize.

and asked if I could use the self wash. Employee says sure I just have to clean the wash. As the employee is cleaning the available dog wash another person walks in and jumps ahead of me because the employee did not put my name on the list. Another employee from the one cleaning the wash informs me that since this new customer put his name on the list he’s first. Employee who I asked for the wash services shrugs and just says “ok.” A 20 minute self service has turned into a 40+ minutes of waiting now.

They have some INSANE sales on cat food going on right now (end of August 24):
- Buy 1, get 2 free on Acana 5.5 oz. cans of wet cat food.
- Buy 1, get 2 free on Orijen 5.5 oz. cans of wet cat food.
I asked the store clerk if either of the pet food manufacturers are going out of business, or if these cans are about to expire. Apparently neither is correct, though the cans of Orijen I purchased mostly expire in this coming November.
The store itself is clean and organized (I would expect no less from a Hollywood Feed!). The employee was friendly and helpful.
Cool location for the store, its surrounded by some fantastic restaurants and retail stores.
Got 42 cans for under $35! I certainly will be back one more time before these deals end.

I let him know that our dog has sensitive tummy issues and might not be able to handle the food, so I asked if they sold small sample bags to try out. He immediately said it was okay and that he would give me a sample to try and also reminded me to integrate it into my dogs food slowly to acclimate him! I thought that was so thoughtful of the employee and really made me know that he cared more about my dog's health rather than just a sale.The employee also let us know his favorite treats for hair and nail health, pointing us in the direction of some dried salmon bites and herrings! I got a couple of those to test out with our dog as we had been using an food oil previously.The environment of the store is very welcoming and overwhelming with the amount of products they have in store. It definitely feels like a one stop shop for all of your needs.

From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by their LGBT-friendly environment and their exceptional care for my large breed Great Danes. Unlike previous vets, who labeled one of my Danes as aggressive, the team at Queen City embraced him with open arms. Their fear-free approach has transformed our visits into pleasant and thorough experiences, significantly reducing stress for both my pets and me.
The staff is incredibly pleasant, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about their patients. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, especially considering the high quality of care provided. The facility itself is beautiful, and the outdoor exam area is a fantastic convenience for my larger dogs.

I'm fortunate enough it's only about a 3-minute drive from where I live. The staff and doctors are so good to my Pudge. They do a fantastic job with everything. They're also great with the people. They discovered that Pudge had hyperthyroidism. She also needed her teeth cleaned and some pulled. Every interaction I had, which has been quite a few, has been a good one. All the staff and doctors are friendly and patient in answering any questions and concerns. They've been the best vet I've ever been to so far.

Everyone who works there is incredibly nice and very committed to your dog’s success. I had an excellent trainer, Brian, who took the time every Friday to walk me through what I needed to do during the week to reinforce the training he had worked with my dog on that day. It paid off big time as my dog is in a much better place than when we started. He even went above and beyond the syllabus that I had been given at the start to recommend other products to help with my dog’s training. It is a process though so it’s something we have to work on for much longer than the eight weeks we went to secondary school but I’m confident now in how to make that process work. If you’re put off by the price, don’t be. It can be expensive but it’s worth it and this is a local, ethical business that tries to do right by its employees and it shows in the way they approach training. I’m very much looking forward to attending the Saturday club classes.

She transformed from being a crazy unruly puppy to a very well behaved one. We can now enjoy taking her places with us as well as taking her for long walks around the neighborhood. She listens and obey around 20 commands. Furthermore, we just had to travel out of the country for a week and the follow up with pictures and videos during the boarding time was great. Knowing that our pup is well taking care of and safe when we are far away is a peace of mind and make us happy that Luna continue her training at the same time she is having fun with her furry friends! Every staff member I have interacted at Dog Knowledge are welcoming and Dennis is amazing and extremely knowledgeable! They give on going help with questions you have, and truly mean you are their customer for life if you have your dog trained here. We have attended a few of their Sunday classes they offer for free, and they have been extremely helpful. At graduation I signed Jackson up to be a member, for daycare and boarding, he loves going. The best thing I have done for Jackson is having him trained at Dog Knowledge! I recommend them to everyone that says they need training for their dog.

Canine Scholars Dog Training

They're walking in sync, following commands at home, and are so much calmer around friends and strangers. We were nervous about learning the commands ourselves and implementing them at home, but the follow up hand-off and group training sessions answered all of our questions. Chris and Kevin were so helpful and informative, plus there's a great video when we need a reminder. 100/100 recommend getting your pups trained with Canine Scholars!

The person taking our order was the best and made many suggestions for us to try. We went with the Banana Bread Latte and the Nutella Hot Chocolate. Both were fabulous! We will definitely be back again!

Usually my parents come to Charleston for Christmas but this year I went to them. I didn't think about how crowded it would be near SouthPark Mall a couple of days before the holiday but fortunately we were still able to find parking pretty easily on the deck. It seemed like the staff was a bit overwhelmed - it took a bit for the host to come back to the stand to sit us (and the few other parties that were there) as he seemed to be helping the wait staff a bit. Our table was near the bar and our server was also helping behind the bar with getting drinks ready, so things were a bit slow. Not sure if people had called out or if scheduling was just off for the night. However, everyone was very friendly so no issues on that end. As for food, we did a selection of a bit of everything. We had some idiazabal cheese with salchichon (we had originally asked for the lomo iberico but it was out), ham croquettes, potato tortilla, patatas bravas, and paella mixta. I wasn't a huge fan of the paella (had more of a risotto texture to me) but my parents enjoyed it. The tortilla also didn't have quite the same consistency as those I had in Spain - this was a bit dryer - but it was still very tasty. Everything else was delicious too. Overall, I would come back and try some of the other things on the menu that also looked good.

Blueberry matcha was divine (texture was great- not chalky like some places serve it) and the avocado toast was seriously one of the best I've had... I mean look at all the garnishes! Whatever toasted crumbles they put on top absolutely complete it. They also add some sort of chili oil so it has good flavor. The baristas are extremely lovely as well!

The grilled chicken was tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, complementing the dish wonderfully. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and elegant. The entire place is beautiful and so lively. They are so much more than just a brewery. The beer and food is fabulous and great menus. Morgan took such wonderful care of us. She is amazing. Everyone working seems so happy and seemed to enjoy being there. We will definitely be back.

Has the best personality, great temperament, playful, funny, soooo sweet, and one of the the best parts...he's a cuddle bug and has been from the first day i got him! He's beautiful as well as cute as a button... as you can see from the pics. You can really tell how much Kase cares about what they're doing, and their dogs and puppies. It's apparent that the breed is near and dear to their hearts, and it shows in their puppies! Kase is an amazing breeder! They even socialize the puppies to other animals as well as many people of different ages which is really important and makes it a lot easier to train. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Kase and gotten my Bodhi! I love him more than you could ever imagine! Thank you, Kase!

Paws, Whiskers & Wags, Your Pet Crematory
2511 S Tryon St, CharlotteI honestly wish I could give them a million stars and that still wouldn't be enough. We had to make one of the hardest decision of our lives on April 20th, to put our 10year old Mainecoon to sleep. The Vet our boy received care and took his final breaths at set everything up with Paws, Whiskers & Wags. The next morning I called PW&W to confirm our request for our baby's paw print, along with another request, clippings of his ear tuffs (Specific to Mainecoons). Without any hesitation, they said of course. Please forgive me for not remember the names of the awesome individuals that helped me. The experience was smooth and simple. The tone in the individual's voices I spoke with really comforted my trust in them with our beloved Tommy. We were told how everything would take place with lines of communication all the way through this process. As promised on Thursday April 28th, we received a call from our Vet stating Tommy's items were available for pick up.. Whew, that was hard. I opened but the box and there was our boy's paw print, ear tuff clips with some extra fur . We were supposed to call them back so that we had enough of his ear tuff to share between my mom and I, and an amazing unexpected surprise, they did just that! I cannot express my level of gratitude to organization and everyone involved! We wholeheartedly thank you!
