Applied for a loan here. I've been constantly reaching out calling and voicemails for the status of my application 4 weeks later and still nothing. John the branch manager is who you're required to work with but he never returns calls or emails.

I went there for check cash 4000.00. They said they don't have enough cash. Can you believe bank doesn't have money?. Everyone know holiday is coming but people's bank don't. .They didn't prepare enough money. That's why I couldn't cash the check. Do not open account or use this bank. We need bank that we can trust

I visited the branch on Monday. The teller Diane Jaggers was helping me. She was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. The branch was busy and she was running back and forth between the lobby and drive thru. I know many places are short staffed but there was another teller who was just standing there while Dianne did everything. When Dianne finally asked for help the other teller Ebony caused a scene. I come to the branch often and every time it seems to be the same issue. Dianne running back and forth while other tellers are just standing or sitting around.

The people working behind the counter are arrogant and completely unhelpful. Super frustrating to try and get documents from them for a name change from marriage. I wasted 30 minutes of my lunch hour trying to get someone to help me. Not only did they have no idea how.. they had no intention of figuring it out and instead just told me they can’t. So frustrating.
