So glad I brought my car here. I was lied to and about to be scammed by Pep Boys. They told me my car needed services that estimated to almost $1700. Something told me to get a 2nd opinion. Pazos said I only needed a new battery. Nice to know they don't take advantage of people here. Good service is always appreciated.

Heather and all the staff at Pazos garage ROCK! They are always so speedy with their repairs and fair with the prices. Heather is always friendly and upfront about the costs of repairs. I am glad they are in the Derita community! They also do state inspections!

I came here looking to get a new battery and received that and so much more the staff are so polite and professional. I was greeted right away and I felt like I can trust them. It’s so hard trying to find a good mechanic that won’t rip you off. But I’m glad I found pazo garage, I’ll be getting all my car work done here for now on.Service: Battery

I just want to say that Ms Heather at ponzo, is an amazing, wonderful and kind hearted woman. I was in quite a bit of a jam and she did all she could and then some to accommodate me. This was beyond customer service and this is the kind of stuff that builds relationships and keeps the doors open, humanity, fairness, and then business!! Come here folks, you’ll want to come back..

i told them about my worries about my wheels, i thought it was wheel bearing problems, they told me what they were going to do. just a few hours so fast, called right back and told me that it was just a small noise problem that they fixed, just my heat shield loose and rubbing up the wheel and making the noise. they conducted that the bearings werent a problem, nor anything else, and that it was just that making the noise. they said it wasnt anything major and since it was a small fix, everything was free of charge.

Once again, I find myself in need of pause those services. Pazo and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Heather was so nice and professional and so courteous to our needs. She took the time to explain. The services are car needed, and the prices involved so we could make the best decision possible. My car was repaired in a timely manner with no surprise cost and his work was reasonably priced. I will definitely use Pazo’s garage again.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
