I think there number is wrong nobody EVER answers. I went to another location and they said you could purchase without entering the airport, which is impossible. I am extra disappointed, I collect the charms as I travel and to go out of my way when it could’ve been avoided by just answering the phone.

I would like a manager to contact me regarding today’s experience. Extremely disappointing. There is a sign stating if you don’t receive a receipt for your purchase it will be free of charge so we’ll see if they honor posted signage.

Stay as far away from this franchise location as you can. I will never buy another item at this location and will stick with Jared or a corporate store.
