We had two large garage doors serviced and within 2 weeks both had failed. One door was impossible top open without using a prybar, the other fell out of its tracks. Only call these people if you want to waste your money and have your garage doors in worse condition after the service.

Horrible experience. They quality of the workmanship was terrible. They did not change the rubber seals on the doors. There were still huge gaps on the garage door. After they left, two of the doors no longer closed properly as they pulled themselves open. Horrible after sales service. They had to come twice to fix the poor workmanship. Then they sent a bill for their second visit that was to fix their mistakes from the first visit.

Overhead Door Charlotte did a wonderful job repairing our garage door. They were very professional in scheduling the appointment and then executing the repair work. Harold, our technician worked through some challenges and got everything working again. Their charges for the work are also fair and reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or maintain their garage doors.

Very pleased with the service and responsiveness. Prices were very fair. In particular Harold our service tech was very thorough, explained everything, kept us well informed and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend and we will now have our garage doors serviced on a regular basis by Overhead Door or Charlotte.

Overhead Door provides outstanding customer service and repair. Professional, very knowledgeable and efficient in all regards. I had an issue today where my garage door would not close. I called the 800 number just before 4 p.m. The technician (Brandon) was at my house by 4:30. The issue was fixed and he was on his way before 5 p.m. Outstanding service. Ou Outstanding

Well nobody wants a garage door to malfunction, but let me tell you if it does Overhead door of Charlotte is awesome! I had a door spring break and its a pain to say the least, but Harold came out and got it all fixed up. What a simple and fast process! Not that I wish a door repair on anyone, but getting the chance to work with this great company and meet someone as knowledgeable and nice as Harold was almost worth the hassle! Thanks Harold and Overhead door or Charlotte!

The spring broke on the garage door and we noticed a sticker for the Overhead Door of Charlotte that serviced our door back in 1998 prior to us even owning the home yet. The technician Harold came out the next day and was able to fix the issue and have our garage door up and running again in 3 hrs. We highly recommend this company.

If you're looking for advice on a good garage door or the motor in the ceiling for the door, call and ask for Harold to come out. He will never do you wrong. You can take his advice to God and it'll be a good thing. His work impeccable...I thought ppl like this no longer existed. They're still in existence. He installed our brand new motor..top lined. He was on time, cleaned and installed in the time frame he said he would.

Extremely impressed with Harold of Overhead Door of Charlotte. He and his assistant showed up a few minutes before my appointment and assessed what was wrong with both of my doors immediately. He proposed his solution and things are being taken care of. I am very happy that I called Overhead of Charlotte and proudly recommend this company your garage door needs.

The tension spring on our garage door broke on Sunday night. I called first thing thing Monday and requested a call back. I called again mid-afternoon and a third time just before 5:00 pm requesting an emergency call be placed. No response. I called again Tuesday morning and placed an emergency call. NO response. Today is Wednesday. I placed another emergency request. THREE DAYS AND NO RESPONSE. I understand the company is short staffed. I undertand that parts are not available and it will be after Thanksgiving before a repair can potentially be done. What I DON'T understand is why no one has had the courtesy of returning my calls. My vehicle is STUCK in my garage. I have a doctor appointment on Thursday and would appreciate not having to hire someone for transportation. If Overhead Door is not available to take this job, at least let me know so I can get someone who can. Thank you.

The Service Tech, Steve Newell, arrived on time and completed a thorough check of our garage doors. He noticed that one of the cables was faulty and replaced the faulty cable. Steve provided a thorough summary of the scope of work and made sure that the garage doors were working properly before advising me that the job was completed. Steve was very professional and his service was exemplary. Fabulous experience.

A week after moving into a new home, the 25-year old garage door broke. I called Overhead Door of Charlotte, received an appointment 4 days later and Harold, the technician, did a fabulous job fixing the problem. He called when he was 20 minutes from our home, was friendly, professional and did a great job for a reasonable fee. I would highly recommend Overhead Door of Charlotte.
