Went the other day and most of the staff was really helpful! I wanted my engine to be checked and was attended nicely by most of the employees there. However, one employee/store manager made this process a lot harder and slower. I was in a moving line waiting to be attended by the man behind the register when a woman named switched over, I think her name was Renee. She took over 20 minutes badly caring for a customer before switching back off and proceeding to not do anything about the line. The poor employees suffered while she didn’t do much. Luckily, once the line started moving again, I was kindly tended to by another employee. Overall, would recommend any employee other than her.
