Lorenzo and his crew were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Extremly professional, friendly and efficient. We moved into a newly constructed home and they were so careful wiith all of our things-wrapped each piece and made sure they covered and protected the move out and espeicall;y the move in. HIghly recommend this company !

What an amazing moving experience! Lorenzo and his team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish! They cared for our stuff as if it was theirs; they constantly would ask if it was placed where we wanted to ensure we wouldn’t have to move anything after they left; they hustled for 12 hours with a smile on their face….. I could go on and on! They are prompt, professional, kind, helpful, respectful and reliable! If you need any moving needs, hands down Optimum is one of a kind and the best out there! Called on Thurs in desperate need for a move on Friday. Lorenzo was prompt in response and was able to schedule me last minute. The movers, Jose & Ricky, were great to be around. I had some things that weren’t leaving my storage unit and they were extremely patient with me while I opened containers to see what was what. They carefully wrapped and loaded my furniture. I was concerned their attitude would change when we arrived at my complex and they saw that I lived on the 3rd floor, but it didn’t! This was the smoothest move I’ve ever had! I don’t foresee moving again anytime soon, but I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to ANYONE needing to move. STRESS FREE! Thank you again Optimum!!!

Lorenzo and his team were very professional, very courteous and very good at what they do. Hard working crew! They wrapped all my furniture with blankets, packed it carefully and unpacked it with the same TLC. We will be using them again for our next move. Awesome job!

Optimum moving is by far the best moving company we have ever worked with! They are extremely professional. I rarely right reviews but I had to for them! They protected our items like they were their own. Everything was wrapped and protected and padded so professionally. Lorenzo, Jose and Ricky were beyond excellent movers! They showed up on time and then worked diligently for many many hours and were so courteous and respectful. To top it all they were so fast while also ensuring that nothing was damaged at all! We had some very, very heavy pieces and furniture and they took care of it all like a breeze! If you want your things cared for by true professionals for a great price choose Optimum moving Charlotte! We will only use them from now on !! Thank you Optimum moving !!

Absolutely the finest experience we've ever had with a moving company. Simply put, this team moved us out of a 5000 sf home and into another even larger home all in one day, and it was miserable weather outside! These guys worked from 9 am until almost 11pm and never slowed down. They didn't leave until they had everything completely put together and clean. They took extra care to protect both our homes and our belongings, and though we hope to not have to move again soon, if I did, I'd call Optimum without a moment's hesitation. Thank you for your hard work and diligent care.

Lorenzo (the owner) is an incredible person as well as an extremely professional and proficient mover. We recently used them through a recommendation and I couldn't have been happier. We lived on the third floor of an apartment building and he moved our entire 2 bedroom apartment worth of things in under 3 hours with such care and attention to detail. He then drove 2 1/2-3hrs to our new apartment and moved everything into it in under an hour and a half. He is so attentive to everything, making sure things are properly closed, wrapped up and protected through the whole process really giving us a peace of mind. If you need reliable movers that can be trusted, he is the guy for you.
