“Found a great coupon online for a full synthetic oil change and called ahead to see if it could be used. The individual who took the call was very friendly and welcomed that I come in, no appt necessary.When I pulled up, the staff came by and gave me a bottle of water while I waited. I didn't see the name of the individual, but he had longer dark hair with tattoos.Rafael also helped with my service and he was casual in an approachable way that made the service relaxed. He checked other areas of my car and I ended up changing my cabin air filter as well. They aren't pushy at all, just giving FYIs.Another gentleman,I think he had shorter blonde/light brown hair, noticed that my maintenance light was on and very easily helped me reset it (I hadn't been able to figure it out for 2 years lol)Overall I appreciated the convenience of my visit as well as my service. With the coupon, it was a great value. Otherwise the prices seemed on par with other competitors.I was in and out in about 20 minutes.”

“This was a rough experience for everyone involved as this was electrical by nature of the PCM dying and PCMs are difficult to get especially when in vacation. Mike went out of his way to do what he could to get the car to us as fast as possible. I also appreciate Rusty’s understanding with our financial situation. All in all it took a little over a week when other places would have been at least 2. The price was fair as well. I highly recommend ALMAR.”
“I had an awesome experience at Take 5. I've gone many times for an oil change but this particular time I don't need an oil change. My car was running hot and after looking it up, there was a possibility I was low of coolant. So I took my chances and went to Take 5 to just get ripped off on fluids and to check my coolant. With no further questions, no push for an unneeded oil change, they refilled my coolant and topped off my other fluids and my car no longer ran hot. They were so helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely be returning for oil changes and any other services may need. Thanks guys!”

“I had to do a car inspection and I was super pressed for time. There were a few people ahead of me. I went by around 10am after getting out the DMV. I was in and out in about 30 mins. The fee was super affordable and they do cash/debit. They also got these 2 amazing birds. Reminded me of being home , overseas . TRUST WORTHY people here 1000%. Really solid service. 1000/10”

“Metrolina saved my day!! I took my fairly old front tires in to have them rebalanced due to vibrations, and it was found that one was out of round, i.e. no good. Since both were worn pretty well, they both needed replacing anyway. Only problem for me was...I needed to have them no later than the next day due to travel commitments. And even though they didn't have my tire size in stock, they were able to order the the tires, have them delivered, mounted, balanced, and ready to roll in 2 hours! Two hours...simply unreal. And their pricing was very competitive with the big box and online shops. It's great to see and experience a business where customer-first type service still exists!”

“Pleasant interaction with the workers at this location. In and out in about 10 minutes. Oil now a days is EXPENSIVE!!! $91.00 just for a basic oil change. You are definitely paying for the convenience of a speedy oil change. They decorated for Halloween, which I thought was awesome and fun, looking at all the decor while waiting for the oil change. They do offer coupons, though, to give you a little discount. Overall, no complaints. If I ever run into the situation where I need speedy service, I will definitely come back.”

“I blew out a tire while driving far away from home and pulled into the parking lot across the street from the Greasy Axle (in front of Family Dollar). A google search led me to calling the Greasy Axle based on proximity to where I’d pulled over. Russell came over right away and put my donut on. (Which based on how heavy the tire was and how tight those lug nuts were I never would have been able to do myself!) He was friendly and quick and really such a godsend in this stressful moment. Thank you Russell!”

“Great experience, great team highly recommend. I had one car in front of me and still I was in/out in about 20 mins (oil change only). Worked with Daniel and Bryan who were efficient, double checked their work, and communicated very well.
Daniel even took the time to explain why he was recommending the type of oil he was. I've never had that happen before and greatly appreciated it.”

“Well, I just had an amazing experience with the auto care department at Walmart on Callabridge Ct, Charlotte, NC. My old car did some crazy stuff. “I use this place for general maintenance on my two cars. They are prompt and have been honest and fair with me for several years. One of the things I get twitchy about is when car maintenance places try to sell you extra stuff (wiper blades, etc) when you don’t really need them. They have never done this to me. I strongly recommend this place.
Edited to add: A few years back a family member was visiting from far away and had some strange noises from his brakes while traveling to us. The noises had stopped, but Mavis checked his car for him as a courtesy and found nothing wrong. The problem never came back, but my family member felt much more confident driving home after they checked it out for him.”
