I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I brought my car in for a nail in my tire and decided to replace all four tires. The mechanic broke two of my tire sensors at the stem during the service, and claimed that they were broken when I brought them in. I knew that was not the case, but the mechanic, Max, was dismissive. I had to wait till a week day to speak to the manager.
Management confirmed that the mechanic broke the sensors because they were broke at the stem. At first, the management, specifically Bre, was helpful and acknowledged the mistake, offering to replace the sensors. I was told it would take two hours, but it ended up taking much longer. When I returned to the shop at 6pm, they informed me they couldn't program the sensors and needed to get the part from Toyota. I called two other dealerships myself and found out they had the necessary part, but there was no follow-up from the shop about sourcing the sensor.
I contacted customer service to report what had happened at this location and received a phone call from Bre, who had an unprofessional and accusatory tone regarding my complaint. Thankfully, the district manager stepped in and resolved the issue by sending me to the Mavis on North Tryon. They fixed the issue in under 20 minutes and handled everything with professionalism, restoring my faith in the Mavis/NTB brand.
If you’re looking for skilled mechanics and professional management, this particular location is not the place.

I brought my Honda Civic to this location. The front desk associate was incredibly informative and explained to me what was wrong with my skid plate. I’ve had consistent issues with my skid plate. Thank you so much for all that you do! I really appreciate what you’ve done. Also, thank you to the mechanic who removed the skid plate. You guys are awesome.

I had a fantastic experience at NTB! They were incredibly efficient and professional. I brought my car in for new tires, and they not only had a great selection but also got the job done quickly.
