I'm a customer at NTB South Blvd Charlotte NC. Chip has created a warm and inviting atmosphere. He is very approachable. When having to paying for knowing and unexpected services can have one feeling depressed. That is why I'm glad I came here. The interaction between Chip and customers helps you to feel and know everything is going to be alright. I would like to add to my review days later that I am pleased at how the continuous work on my vehicle has made me feel that Chip really does care about customer satisfaction. I have found it to be less stressful to no that he has your best interest at heart and thrive for a happy and professional outcome.

I had a tire that would not retain pressure. I called NTB and spoke with a very friendly man named Keenan. I explained my situation and that I was in town helping my daughter with a new baby and my time was limited. Keenan told me that he would work around my schedule. I took the car in this afternoon as instructed and he found the problem and repaired the tire. If anyone is looking for a tire repair, please contact Keenan. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable young man.

I've been to this Mavis Tires (formerly NTB) on South Boulevard several times. They are always efficient and courteous to customers. Recently, Keenan and Sebastian patched a large hole in my tire. They did a great job in a timely manner. I'd definitely go back!

I came to this NTB very often for my alignment contract. I bought the auto 3 months ago. Today, I came for my vehicle maintenance for shocks and blake fluid. This shop service is SUPER excellent, as the staff are very professional, especially the Store Manager Chip and the Service Manager, Keenan who did the job diligently and efficiently, I did not wait too long. Keenan also called my attention that my front blake pads need to be replaced as no service was done prior. I am thankful for this NTB team who work together professionally for the customers and let them be peace in mind with their full year service warranty..
Well done, Chip and Keenan...This NTB location deserves 5 Stars... Thanks.

I highly recommend Mavis Tire and&Brakes (formerly NTB) on South Boulevard. Chip and Kenneth were polite, very helpful and professional. I was really impressed that Kenneth the technician got on the phone himself and explained everything in detail but yet simply so I could understand what was going on with my car- what needed to be done now, and what I should think about doing in the future. Couldn't ask for better service!
