We had the best experience at Novedades Yadira! Yadira, Rosi, and Andrynna helped us the days we went to choose and order our dress and when we went to pick it up.It was worth the drive from Durham and I highly recommend this store.

Very nice dresses and decorations but there services it’s awful not happy at all with all the money I spent in this store I drove 1 hour away the 5 times I came because they would call me telling my things are ready when I would get here I am sorry they are not ready lucky I had a year planing this

My mother and I will never return to that store. Irresponsible people, when we went for the first time to see the dresses, they were attentive, when I bought one and ordered another, the only problem was that it was a date that we are going to call you and nothing and finally they told me They set a date, I went and they gave me another size. Luckily it has an adjuster? The worst of all is that they play dumb with each other, so many Hispanics have a hard time putting up with this kind of terrible service. I don't recommend it to anyone. They are millionaires who no longer care about serving their customers well and those dresses are not worth a dollar there. How can they not treat you well, telling them this to their face would have been better but at least here someone reads and they don't fall into that mistake of those irresponsible people ?

Do not order any dress from this storeI ordered my daughters 15 dress here back in September and it’s May and still we have got nothing her event is next month.. they never try to reach out to us, until I called to ask they keep on telling me that the dress will get here and it didn’t. Very disappointed!!!

Very irresponsible store , had a package order from them for my sisters Quince años and bought a dress from her that came with the cape back on Nov . But when I came to pick up before the event , they had no cape and had said they lost it or sold it knowing it was there last one not to mention they didn't let us know that . And didn't have one of the products we had ordered from the items we had order . Keep in mind we got no call from them letting us know they didn't have it in stock and wouldn't have in on time for the event . So what if I would of actually came in a week prior to my event . NEVER AGAIN coming to this store !

The ladies that work there were so rude they try to sale us a dress that was ripped from the bottom and the lights weren’t working all of they could lower the prize was to $100 , they were getting annoyed because we kept asking question we receive a terrible service .
