False advertising of hours of operation. These people open and close whenever they feel like it. It is a very clean place and I enjoy doing my laundry here. But for the second time I have come to wash my clothes and they have the door locked and shaking their head through the door. This is ridiculous! I got here at 4:45 pm and the laundromat had the doors locked but was supposed to stay open until 6:30 pm. This is not good business. You all need some staff that will abide by the times that you have posted, not unilaterally deciding to close whenever they want.

I used to go to Lapels on Park Road but they had a fire in December and doesn't look like they will be reopening the laundromat anytime soon suita me fine because 95% of the old washers and dryers were broke and has been broke from 2021. NiceNClean Laundry has always been clean and washers and dryers are always operable for all your laundry needs this is the place to be

I was one of there very first customers ….I actually wrote the very first 5 star review…..sadly the place has gone downhill in every way possible….staff rude and unprofessional….machines look good but don’t clean clothes and are extremely over priced ….It used to be as the name said nice and clean with a great atmosphere…..All the good employees he started with quit!! Something is definitely amiss…

The attendant that wears glasses is always rude and complains the entire time. The other workers are super nice and go over and beyond to help you.

I used to go here every time I needed to wash clothes……Never AGAIN THE RUDENESS I WAS GREETED WITH TODAY IS ENOUGH TO ENCOURAGE NOBODY TO DO BUSINESS HERE. I put my clothes on in the largest washer machine that the store offers. Well after putting my clothes on I like to wait in my car until they are done. Well when I went back in to check on them I noticed that the machine read a error code. So I call the worker that was present at the time and she said that the load was reading too light. Confused, I explain to her that that could not be cause I put two full basket of clothes. So her solution was to pay for another machine, which in my eyes was not fair when the machine is the reason for the problem. So I asked to speak with a supervisor to help better address the issues at hand . Well unfortunately the Rudeness that I was confronted with is all the motivation needed to leave this review. The customer service here is the worst I have experienced in all of my years of living in Charlotte I WILL NEVER RETURN THIS LOCATION IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH!!!! The Owner is a real piece of ?money hungry little regards to the overall customer service. A REAL LIFE MR. Crabs ? look at the reviews that left 5 stars…..what type of professional owner says “bye Felicia” to a customer???” We really need to know who and where we spending our money or snakes like this Wins every time.

The new lady in charge is rude and nosy. She kept sweeping and mopping right by my feet amongst other rude things every time my husband and I start talking she just pops up right there trying to ear hustle like you already claimed you cleaned this area why are you right back over here looking busy but doing nothing. Will not be returning!

Nice laundry mat, wish the online hours depicted the correct hours. Here at 9 on a Sunday and there still closed. Online says opening is at 9 on Sundays. That is incorrect!!!! Would be helpful if it’s changed.

The name of the business say it all...Nice and Clean, I have been coming to this laundromat for about a year, haven't had any problems with machines, tendants are nice and always checking and cleaning the place, there's plenty of washers and dryers, bathroom is clean too.

Unprofessional Business- I went to pick up my two comforters ($50 for wash and fold) and the young lady at the counter wasn't able to accept payment. Reason...she couldn't log into the system. After waiting 20 minutes, watching her with two phones up against her ears saying nothing I decided to leave and withdraw cash from the nearest ATM. My suggestion to the owner/management - if you want to stay in business train your staff adequately! I'm a first and last time customer.

Update 3/14/2021:a few days ago I got a response from the owner. Have no idea if it would still be up as they had replied before and then deleted their response out of regret. It started out with, "Don't listen to the lies spewing out.." something like that. Check out the other responses, you get to see the character of the owner.-Overpriced! The prices on the machines are charging $0.50 for 6 min on the dryers. And a 2lb washer is $3.00 and a 4lb is $5.00 and and 8lb is $8.75 and a 6lb is $7.00 Not to mention his laundry bags are pretty pricey and the music is too loud. My mother in law also had a bad experience. The attendant was rushing her out rudely when it was getting close to closing time. So much has changed since I stared washing here that I feel bad I recommended this place. this is the last time. If you are looking for a clean laundromat this is the place but with its rude employees it's not worth it.Small dryers: $0.50 for 6 min2lb washer is $3.004lb is $5.008lb is $8.756lb is $7.00How prices were on 01/04/2020
