This place OK. VERY strong ammonia smell, I had to ask for a mask. My appointment began 30 minutes late, with no warning or communication of that ( or I would have left and gone elsewhere) the staff is friendly, especially the woman at the front desk. They were very busy on this day, however communication with your clients is important. The Pedi itself was wonderful. Running half hr behind was just inconvenient especially when I made the appointment earlier in the week.

They say they take appointment but it’s a joke. “Scheduled” a 6pm pedicure and waited for 45 mins. Unless you have a bunch of time to waste, don’t go.

Great pedicures and manicures. My daughter loves the acrylics and gel polish, while I had standard nail polish.
Edit - the polish must have been really thin as it lasted less than a week on my toes. That is unusual as polish usually lasts a few weeks on my toes.

I’ve been going to Nini since high school when I’m home in Charlotte and have always had a great experience. My last experience was less than great. The woman doing my toes sliced my toes up and my toes felt like they were on fire with the amount of acetone she was using on my open cuts. First picture is in the salon, second picture is after getting home (I messed up the paint but it looks like my nail was cut uneven.)
I paid $100 for a mani, pedi and tip and left in pain and very upset. Will not be returning which is so upsetting to me as I have loved Nini for many years.
Edit: 3 days since my pedicure and my toes are still in pain. Added another picture from today where you can see that every toe but my pinky toe is cut up from this pedicure.

I recently visited Nini Nail Spa for a rare day out with my sister, who just had a baby. My sister received excellent service, but mine was notably poor. The technician ignored my nail color choice, showed irritation when corrected, and the overall service felt rushed. Her frustration showed through the entire pedicure and manicure and made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the hand lotion application was inadequate - the water that was separated from the lotion was all she rubbed on one hand for 5 seconds. My legs were rubbed for 10 seconds before her slapping them as apart of my “message”. I never called her out or made any rude comments other than just stating twice that I had asked for *137* as the nail color. The manicure missed essential steps like cuticle clipping, nail filing, and hand massaging, all of which I expected as part of the basic service package. This was particularly disappointing as I've previously experienced what Nini Nail Spa can offer in terms of exceptional service, including thorough massages and kindness of the previous technician. It’s unfortunate that she felt the need to be right instead of letting it go and moving on with the service. Despite tipping appropriately, I left feeling undervalued and upset, making it hard to recommend Nini Nail Spa due to this inconsistency in service quality.

As the husband of a satisfied customer at Nini Nail Spa, I'm writing to express my frustration regarding the treatment my sister-in-law received during our recent visit. While my wife enjoyed excellent service, the experience for my sister-in-law was far from acceptable. Despite choosing a specific nail color, her technician not only ignored her request but also showed visible irritation when corrected. The quality of service continued to decline, with a hand lotion application that was more akin to a splash of water, and a leg massage so brief it barely lasted 30 seconds. Additionally, the essential aspects of a basic manicure and pedicure, such as cuticle clipping, nail filing, and hand massaging, were completely omitted.
What makes this situation even more disappointing is knowing the potential for exceptional service at Nini Nail Spa, as evidenced by my wife's treatment. This inconsistency in service quality, particularly during a rare day out for my sister-in-law, who was looking forward to relaxing especially with my military commitments limiting these family gatherings, has left us questioning the spa's commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite this, we ensured proper tipping etiquette, but it's difficult to overlook how undervalued and upset my sister-in-law felt. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to recommend Nini Nail Spa.

I got my nails done here 4 weeks ago (on Saturday) and they are still going strong! If I didn't live 3 hours away I'd definitely be going back.

I do love the color options! But sadly the experience was rushed and subpar, especially for the price. The pedicure didn’t include cleaning under the nails or callus remover during soaking. The shaping was mostly done by nail clippers, and the cuticle removal was very quick. For the manicure, the color didn’t cover entire nail and again cuticle clipping was rushed. Great colors but very rushed work. I would not go back

Tifanny charged me $10 dollars to do a circular French instead of straight French, which is very pricy, and even more when she did not even let you know anything about it, the price is a French SNS shows $45 online and at the salon but she at the time to pay just add $10 more without notice plus $10 for shaping even I get there with the almond shape already all this without notice, at the moment to pay went from $45 to $65 without knowledge of why. That's stealing. And is already failing a part ad is been only one day.
