Cover up name for their “QC Impound”. Charged $550 to tow a friend’s car that was legally parked as there was no towing sign in the lot. $275 for the tow, $100 for dolly, $100 magic gate fee, then another $75 which the drivers couldn’t explain what it was for. I guess NC predatory towing laws have gotten pretty relaxed. There’s also no office and they require that you schedule an appointment to try and get an extra day fee out of you. Anyway, be wary of predatory business practices. Will be filing with the BBB.

They towed my car around 0100hs on a Sunday morning. They changed me a lot fee for Sunday and Monday when they are closed on Sundays, if someone come in to release your car on Sunday it’s a extra $100.00. They also added an additional $100.00 for towing my car the “correct way” I was charged $430.00 to get my car back. This place is ridiculous and should get shutdown.

I've used this company 3 times over the years, most recently yesterday, and it's been a great experience every time! They are quick to respond and their prices are lower than all of their competitors. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

They also own a shady company called QC Impound (same business address) which is the predatory towing side of their business. Over $500 for a simple tow and release. Lucky for them that NC laws allow for this outrageous pricing for “legally” stealing cars.I would urge that you consider a different company that doesn’t hide the fact that they engage in predatory towing. There’s no reason to be in that business other than the money grubbing nature of the owners. Poor class all around.Predatory towing at its finest…Service: Car towing

First of all, exceptional customer service! I've had some weird and disappointing experiences in the past with customer services but Neighborhood Towing Service had the best customer service for me so far. The representative was very polite and patient and I got service within the following hour, which again is very fast for roadside assistance. The mechanic kept in touch with me as he was on his way and informed me about his arrival time, which was way before the estimated time surprisingly. All in all, an amazing service was provided that day and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Neighborhood Towing Service is one of the best towing companies in the area. I recently used their services to tow my car from one location to another and was very impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of their service. They arrived on time, and were very friendly and helpful. The tow truck driver was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He also provided helpful advice and tips on how to better maintain my vehicle.The towing process was smooth and efficient. The tow truck driver hooked up my car quickly and safely, and the entire process was completed in less than an hour. The driver was also very courteous and made sure that all of my belongings were secured properly.I am very pleased with the service I received from Towing Service. Once we arrived at the destination, the driver unloaded my car and even helped me find a nearby mechanic to fix my tire. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the service.Overall, I can't recommend this Towing Service enough.
