I purchased tires from them. Later, while driving down the highway I noticed my steering wheel was shaking. I went back to question them and was told that they were out of weights to come back the next day for them. Although they placed them on the next day, that was dangerous, and to not be honest and upfront with me ruined their image. Also the tires were muddy and I had to ask him twice before he pressure washed them.

Had water pump go out on daughter's car on Friday afternoon and they came in on Saturday to get it done. Great job and fair price. Daughter said 'found a new mechanic so at least that's good.' She always sees the positive!

The staff is always great here! Huge shoutout to Patrick and his team. AAA said it was one issue with the car, Firestone said another. It ended up being something completely different and they were able to diagnose that by not just looking for money, but actually taking the time to find the issue accurately. Someone recommend me here and I wish I never listened. I decided to buy my own parts from Auto-zone for my brake service. Turns out they will charge you double the amount for labor. Just for labor!! You got to be kidding me. It don't makes sense how labor is twice as much as your parts. I brought my car to the shop at 7:35 am and waited for them to open at 8 am. Ain't no way it took 6.5 hours to change brake pads & rear rotors. They added a charge on brake fluids which the clerk told me it already comes with the service, but decided to do a sub charge on it smh. This place rip me off. This place has no professionalism and no courtesy for their customers. F*** this place for real!

Technicians are good communicators and seem very knowledgeable about most makes and models, honest and reliable. Their rates are fair and reasonable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it is difficult to reach them by phone.

Best car inspection service by far. I have never been treated so kindly and the staff was the friendliest people. They treated me like I was part of the family. My inspection took all of 22 minutes but this is the rare instance I wish it would have taken longer. I will definitely not go anywhere else for inspections and car repairs after that experience.
