My engine light came on, NAPA is close to my house. I went to ask them if they could check it for me. There was this person, wasn’t too friendly and said they don’t do that, but I can buy the device to Check the engine light, I couldn’t believe he said that, is this good customer service? I thought that was something part stores do as good customer service. Being curious, I visited the other 3 part stores in our area, everyone were more than happy to check my engine light and they were friendly and helpful. That was my last visit to NAPA, never again. This happened a few month ago.

Usually has what I need. Staff is either genuinely not happy to be there, or just fed up with people. Never a smile in that place, workers or customers!
