I just wanted to take the time to leave this review because the young lady who helped me today was my saving Grace and she really made the entire experience a pleasant one. I didn’t catch her name but she was working the shift that covered the afternoon/evening evening. I was having a very long day and made a mistake while changing my oil and she helped me find the tool I needed to rectify the situation. I’m sure if management is reading this, they would know who she is and I hope that positively affects her

Went to the location near me it was closed long before stated online and on the door. Went at 4:30 on a Saturday and 5:00 on another Saturday. 6:00 is the stated closing time. Sign off and doors locked. I recognized the Camaro out front as a one belonging to the guy that always works Saturdays when I come in. Also called with no answer. I’m assuming he was taking a nap in the back. Big waste of my time and gas. 6181 E. Independence Blvd Charlotte, NC

Let me start with what I would have found helpful in a review- this location does not change car batteries.Ordered a battery online and it was ready to pick up quickly. Battery was expensive, but not more expensive than anywhere else. C’est la vie. When I went to return the core, I had to stand in line for 13 minutes because the party in front of me was going back and forth about which item to get and weren’t courteous enough to step out of line until they figured it out (nor did the single associate who was working offer to take care of me on a different register when it was very clear that I was there to return a core).

i just went to the napa store to return my core alternator, not a single other person in the store. i told the cashier i needed to return my core he continued looking up stuff on the computer for 8+ mins while i’m standing in front of him and him not acknowledging me when he very well could continue his facebook search after i left the store… i still have not returned my core. terrible customer service.5-18-2023 12:45pm

Great store with great guys that were helpful, but they missed selling me some floor mats which we discussed, but distraction never produced anything.

This positive review is specifically for Derek, the assistant manager, who was very helpful and informative, and the other tall gentleman who held the door for me on my way into the store and helped me put my newly purchased batteries in my trunk today (3/21/23). Hopefully the female employee who I spoke w/ by phone earlier today (who hung up on me mid-sentence as I tried to explain the specifics of the order I requested yesterday when I called to check if my items had come in, and got my name wrong due to not listening well) can take a lesson from Derek and the other tall male employee who were very helpful, professional, and showed kindness/understanding today. A sincere thank you to these professional gentlemen for their assistance after I was frustrated with my previous treatment from your female counterpart.

I have ordered online pickup and they cancelled my order went to store guy said it didn’t even came in system i placed another order and it took whole day to show up as per store personal lying i know it take 10 or 20 minutes at max to show up in system and worst customer service they didn’t care at all…24hours to pickup order..liars
