The staff was rude and told us that they didn't have a reader to hook up to our car to diagnose our trouble. Thry told us it was "stolen." However, as we were pulling out of the parking lot, we watched one of the employees walk out to a customer's vehicle with this exact reader.

Every other autoparts store tracks receipts except NAPA, bought the highest quality brake pads for my car, the employee said I get replacement set if they burn out, just provide your information. Came back 2 weeks later cause the brake pads burned out and they said without the original receipt They would not help, terrible company

I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing and The employee stood by the door and told me he had shut down for Thanksgiving. How rude of him, so aggressive.

Smaller store, usually has what I need or can have it with a quick turnaround. I did recently find out they DO NOT take used Engine oil or Car batteries at this location. I love the online ordering, and this location is easy to access right off South Blvd.

The guys were pretty nice and there helped me get what I needed. They also know the lady that sent me. There was the rude lady that's in her 60s. That thinks she's the boss, she's nothing but a secretary.

Excellent store. Always has the part. Versus the other popular auto store known for its red color surrounding its logo running you over the city for a part none of their stores ultimately have. All this running around because the type of people they hire don't no how to delete an item once sold from its inventory. Therefore giving the employee miles away no way of knowing its not in stock at the store he/she che KS on the register computer. NAPA on the other hand has their stuff together. Always their employees seem to be more experienced too.

The absolute worst NAPA store I've ever been to and the worst parts house in Charlotte. Can't find parts, or don't have them. The staff is useless and the manager is ALWAYS out
