I have been coming here to get my lashes done for YEARS. Ann does such a good job and it's not difficult to get an appointment. Just call Ann and you'll be in her seat within 2 days with a full set of natural looking lashes.

I have been a customer for several years. However, I was disappointed with my last visit. I requested the pedicure with hot wax.
First, the nail tech barely scrubbed the bottom of feet. He did not cut my cuticles and he provided a lackluster foot massage. Everything felt Rushed...keep in mind it was only me and another customer in the salon at during this time and it was around 1:00 pm. The other issue that I am having is they are constantly thinning out the nail
polish to stretch them. For almost $40, I just expect better service.
I do like the location and the owners; however, I will have to start looking for another salon to do business. #dissapointed

I have been coming here for at least 10 years and still love them. The place is peaceful and clean. Quaint small boutique feel, and the owners are very nice.

I just went here for the first time and got a pedicure. The guy who did my pedi was quiet but good! I told him at the beginning that the callouses on the sides of my big toes needed some work and he did a pretty good job. The salt scrub with the basic pedi was lovely and the paint job was well done. For $30 for a satisfactory pedi, I will be coming back.Service: Pedicure

I booked a gel manicure and pedicure with Relax Nail Spa via ClassPass, a was not honored. When booking with ClassPass, they use a classpass concierge service that will call and book the requested appointment on your behalf. The appointment was accepted by the establishment and I was sent a confirmations (the exact process is listed on their app and I showed the owners as well). Upon arriving I shared that I have a 3:00 appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure which they also had in their book. It was the only one on the books for that matter. I also showed them my confirmation email, but they would not honor the service. They said they needed the last 4 of the card that booked the reservation. I didn't have this number because the concierge service called and booked the appointment as stated in the process. I was however able to provide the other confirmation details for the appointment. Not once did the ask for my name to confirm the appointment matched their reciept. They mentioned they did however take the money from the concierge but didn't write down who the appointment was for (someone please make that make sense). This was the biggest waste of my time. $60 in their pockets and out of mine for a service I never received.

Ann is great! She is fast and my nails didn't chip. Lots of color options. Will definitely be coming back soon
