I’ve been coming here for years and this is the first time I’ve left disappointed. I called before coming in to ask about prices over the phone I was told my service would be a total of $70. When my service was almost done I was told the price which was $20 more than I was told over the phone. The experience as whole did not meet my expectations. I asked for a full set on my toes and a pedicure. I said that I did not want gel and it was still used because “it was necessary”. Like I mentioned I’ve been coming here for a while, this was the first time I was told gel polish is necessary to do French tips. I only get French tips done and have had no issues before with it being done with regular polish. This made no sense to me but I had no energy to argue about it. I personally don’t use gel on my feet because regular polish last forever on my feet, I only use gel on my hands because they are exposed to a lot more so I’ll pay the extra money for a manicure to last. I’m assuming the $20 came from the gel polish used. The pumice stone that was used on me looked like it had been used previously. Whatever scrub was used on me made me itchy during my appointment and after. I got nicked by the e file and cuticle clippers multiple times. All and all this is not what I’m used to when coming here. I was treating myself for my birthday and this was far from a treat. I will say the end product looks good, but considering how everything else from this experience went I’m disappointed. It will be a while before I come back, if ever.

My nail technician, Kelly, was amazing! She took her time with saving my nails after I had gel on them previously. Very attentive to details! Enjoyed talking to her as she did my nails. Gorgeous furniture and vibe. A little bit of a small space but that is what makes it a hidden gem. Very clean and professional!

Had a wonderful experience today came in on my day off Julie. Listen to everything that I wanted Done and did an amazing job.
Requested style: My services today were performed by Julie, I can’t say enough she is top notch and did everything spot on an exactly as I requested!! ❤️
I got a full set. I also got polish change on my toes with a cut down and clean up. It turned out beautiful.
Stylist: Julie and i will be back!

Cleanliness: The place was very nice and clean. Care and time was put into my manicure / pedicure and eyebrow waxing. The technician Julia was amazing. Great personality and hospitality. I definitely will be making this nail salon a favorite of mine.

Had the worst pedicure. This review is only based on the lady that did my pedicure I'm not sure anyone else in the salon. But my pedicure has come short, I ask for a deluxe pedicure with gel polish. Her work is very messy, first off she ask if I need to cut down I said yes please, instead of using a nail clipper she use the nipper (which is for the cuticles) to cut my nails, which OK but then she filed my toes nail with a file she pull out from her apron instead of using a new file in the pedicure package. Next she started cutting my cuticles which she not really cutting because she was yanking my cuticles which it hurt and she started cutting the side of my toe nails which I don't understand why she did that because I do not have ingrown at all. But now she cut all the corners and side of my toes, which I left in pain because again she was yanking it out. Scrubbing the bottom of my feet she barely put any effort pressure to scrub my still rough. I'm not expecting to be baby but smoot than what I come in with. But no is not. Now is massage, I thought I would get some decent massage with a deluxe pedicure, but massage was no longer then 2 mins she literally just slap some lotion/oil on and that it. Lastly the polish l, it is very messy got on my cuticles and the polish wasn't smooth. The lady told me I shouldn't get White because my toes were short, well I told her I never have that problem before. I left with uneven and painful toes. I will definitely not come back or recommend. I did paid $60 plus 20% tips The price is fair but the the treatment I get for what I paid doesn't match up.

Me and my friend came in from out of state, we came here because of the good reviews! I couldn’t help but add more kind words.
We walked in and luckily it was not busy! We got taken care of right away.
I needed a callus removal as my toes were already gel painted and my nail tech, Thu was sooo good. I was relaxed and my feet felt so fresh after.
She also did my gel manicure and absolutely killed it. They were a wreck before she was done with me. And I was SOOO HAPPY!
Very kind/personable nail techs and clean salon. I’ll definitely come HERE if I am ever back in Charlotte.
Cleanliness: Clean and organized. Felt relaxed and at ease.

I had a really good pedicure service (Deluxe Pedicure $45). The lady who did my pedicure service really took her time to give me a great foot massage which I think a lot of these salons are lacking in. I also had a full set of SNS dip powder the service was okay I really didn’t care for the lack of detail to attention as far as the shaping of the nails (this service felt rushed). There was no cutting of cuticles, oiling of fingernails or lotion to arms and hand message at the end of the service. Overall I did like how relaxing this place felt to me (I did go on a Wednesday afternoon).

This was my fist time visiting this salon. Cindy was so sweet & pleasant. She did an amazing job on my gel manicure & my eyebrows. I was very satisfied with her &,my services today. I will definitely be returning in 2-3 weeks.

I went here about a week ago for a pamper me day. I was in the area for a new shop and I came upon them. I got a full set with Acrylic and I got the super Deluxe pedicure. First of all, I really wish I could remember names. I just know it was a sweet lady and she had glasses. She did my pedicure and she was very attentive. She did an amazing job on my feet and they felt amazing afterwards. She also did very little talking which when I'm getting a pedicure I absolutely enjoy the silence and I really don't like to be talked to alot that's just my preference and she did just that and I thank her so much for that. I work a job where I'm constantly on my feet. So the massage that she gave me was amazing. Now, the gentleman that did my full set of nails, he was very sweet. He was quick, but efficient and not sloppy. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he was able to implement what he saw on the picture to the T on my hands. I waited a full week and a 1/2 before I gave a honest review. I wanted to see how my nails held up and so far so good. Usually no matter where I go I have 1 to 2 nails that always pop off.I have yet to have this problem.I will be scheduling my next appointment with them.I enjoyed it.I loved them my new favorite nail place?

When I moved from NJ to NC I needed a new nail salon I can call home. Nails garden is it for me!!!! They are so personable, friendly, attentive and have great customer service. Appointments are always on time and super professional. Shout out to Andy he is amazing with my nails all my requests he executes perfectly!!! And pedicures are always so relaxing and just A1 service. Prices are reasonable and they are definitely a gem in Pineville area!!!! #loyalcustomer
