If I could leave no stars I would. Where do I start? I came in for a manicure and gel polish. I also wanted a pedicure if they had time. About 3/4 of the way through my manicure I started checking them (nails) out. They were a mess. Polish all over my cuticles and my nail beds were uneven. I nicely asked her to remove it, but she assured me she would clean it up. Although reluctant, I agreed. She continued. By the end, I knew there was no repairing them. I kindly asked her to take them off. She began, I asked if someone could help her and every nail tech kept their head down and acted as if they didn't understand English. There were no other customers at that time. I asked for my money back at this point. Suddenly a man came in and assured me he would and could fix them, No need for my money back. I reluctantly agreed. Halfway through he admitted that the lady before, had ruined my nail bed beyond repair and my result would not meet my expectations. At this point the owner came in and started laughing and dismissed me when I told them that their service was below average, and I wanted my money back- he became rude and I matched his energy. Do you know this dude threatened me to call the cops on me? He went all KAREN. My response to him was to "call them". You took my money, destroyed my nails, dismissed me, and were rude. I will call them for you. Longer story short, I received rude Asian vibes. They treated me like I was a black girl that didn't deserve respect. And at the first sign of me asserting myself and demanding my respect he resorted to calling the police. This encounter reeked of Anti-Blackness. It's sad because we spend so much money on Asian businesses. Summary- If you have pride in your culture as a black person and demand respect where and with whom you spend your dollar- DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

When I asked them pedicure and manicure. They didn’t clean my extra skin and dead skin while doing the manicure and applying nail polish also not at all good. The service was not good and it’s waste of my money 60$

Went here because it’s across from my house and upon arrival the guy let me know there wasn’t a wait time. The overall service was not bad. However, the shape and paint job is horrible. My nails are crooked and they were not crooked before. I’ve gotten my nails done for years. These are also my natural nails. I asked to have it fixed and was told that’s just how my nails are and she can’t fix it. I’m convinced no one on this side knows how to do quality nails.

Came here for a first time and really loved it! The nail tech took her time and made sure I liked the length, shape, color, etc. Would come back for sure!
