This place has fallen off badly . I now have to find another salon to go to for my pedi and eyebrows since my last 3 visits here has been very disappointing! Today I got a pedicure frm what seems to be a new male staff because I never seen him before . However, my pedicure was done very sloppy and rushed . I had to ask him to please do my polish over . My nails were also cut unevenly. Never again

Service isn't the best and the work is mediocre I had to continuously had to tell the nail tech my French tip was lumpy on top of her trying to charge me more money. Rushed my pedicure and swapped technicians. I was told she had an appointment but not from her, I was not offered the normal water or wine. I would NOT go back!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Literally the worse experience I've ever had! I've come here several times before and never had an issue, today I came in for a pedicure that took over 2hrs and left with paint on my skin, my pedicure was messy and my toe nails actually hurt. I let them know in the beginning that the paint was messed up and she waited until after she cured the paint to try and fix it. I let the manager know I was unhappy with the service, she further tried to fix it and only made the pain worse!! Then argued with me about the horrible service I received. I will never come back here again and if you want to save yourself time and money DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I got gel on finger and toe nails for my birthday. As soon as I paid, I mentioned that there was gaps in my nails that already looked faded or not painted. He said he would work on them. He just filed them down. I went outside and could see in the sun it was even more faded than I thought with noticeable areas not painted. I went back in and they only repainted two nails and said this was because I have have short nails. I’ve been getting my nails done at other places for a long time and never had an issue at other places. A week later several nails had already chipped off and gel is supposed to last longer than that. That was such a waste of money.

The woman who did my nail excessively used the nail file and filed my nails down to nothing , I was visiting Charlotte from Florida and came to this salon because previously I was a regular at this location to one of the male nail techs. This one destroyed the shape of my nails which was almond and were my real nails. I wanted a French manicure with a nude base and ended up with hot pink nails, I stopped her from doing the French after i realized she kept making things worst. It’s amazing I left the salon with nails way shorter than I started with due to all the filing . It’s very hard to see how bad the shape of the nails were, smh horrible experience!

This is my second time coming for a pedicure. They have been busy both times but has a calming atmosphere. They have plenty of service providers and they do a great job. The prices are average for the area. I will keep coming back here. Great local place.

My fav nail shop! Tommy, Phong, Jen and Lee are thee best! Ambience is great, always nice and clean, provides a lot different of services i.e. eyebrow waxing tinting, eyelash installs, etc. Has their own parking, in a plaza with a variation of food and clothing places to shop at.

Mom and I went to get our toes done. I also wanted a wax. This has to have been the best place I have been to in a really long time! The wax took under 5 min and it looks great! Thank you Bella!!
