Yesterday when I showed up at my appointment for my nails, the secretary sent another lady to instead of who I reserved. This was while she had another booked client, so they literally double-booked for the same time!
From the beginning, she was so nervous that I got afraid that she cut my skin when cutting my nails! I offered her to take care of her other client first and I waited but she continued with the same condition! Every step so fast and without paying attention!
In the pictures, you can see how thick and ugly the nails became! With very dirty borders! It's like a piece of stone on my finger!
I got much more disappointed at the checkout when I told the secretary about this issue and how uncomfortable I was when my nail artist was nervous and stressed out about the condition that he forced her to, and he answered so rude that it's not a problem! You know the Women! So disappointing and rude to women!!

I love this salon because I can actually relax while the services are being done. I’ve been going here for almost two years and I’ve never had to wait and I’ve never had a bad experience. This place looks nice, but they lack in sanitation and service. I went for a simple gel removal and a manicure. Hannah did a terrible job removing the gel polish. She didn’t get all of it off even after me showing her where, she kept trying to file it off and acting as if there is a language barrier and she didn’t understand me. She left my nails so rough and damaged. The manicure part was her just putting some watery concoction on my nails and putting my hands in a warmer. When she put oil on my hands to massage them, she didn’t dust off the polish/nail remains so she basically rubbed it into my hands. My entire time there I didn’t see 1 person wipe down the an ststion after a customer. It was an all around terrible experience. 1st and last time I’ll ever go there.

This place has given my nail a fungi and made it swollen. Along with the fact they are very rude. One nail tech told me I should go to a different salon if I want my nails almond shaped. The other randomly decided to stop taking me as a client for no reason after she did my nails super poorly and they all snapped from the middle. They also have very poor management and treat their clients terrible. Don't waste your money here.

I went to get a full set of acrylic nails and I came out looking like a 3rd grader that painted my own nails! He was in a rush to leave, so he said he could make my natural nails look good. When I told him I didn’t like it, he said he didn’t want to stay 2 more hours to fix it and offered to give me free gel nail polish. By that point, I just wanted to leave. I’m going to have to pay to get my nails done again! The paint isn’t even covering my full nail. I will never go back!

My wife Jo and I are regular customers. I have received pedicures for years. They have a great crew. Yanna has taken good care of my feet the last 2 visits. The place is very relaxing. We get complementary wine. We never feel rushed. I definitely recommend this place, especially for someone like me who got his first pedicure at 60. Large convenient shopping center parking lot.

I’ve been coming to Modish for a couple years going to Nina. Nina so far is the best nail tech in there and I have been pleased with her work everytime. She doesn’t rush and does a thorough job. At this time Nina has been on vacation, went to another tech (Amy) who wasn’t very communicative with not being able to do exactly what I wanted, she rushed my nails and seemed to not have any patience. Modish definitely needs to get some other good quality techs.

I came here on 2/10/2024 for SNS the nail tech left so much of a gap between my nail and cuticle that within a few days it looked like I needed a fill in, I kept asking for her to paint closer to my cuticle but she seemed to be in a huge rush. Also on the second day the clear top coat on my thumb started to bubble up and peel. My nails only looked nice the day I got them done. I've gotten my nails done at a lot of places but this one is the worst. I would avoid coming here.

I got a pedicure and the lady that did them was not gentle at all. In fact, she left a scar on my pinky toe. I also asked for a fill-in and have sat unoticed for 45mins. This has been the longest and worst experience I could have experience. I should have been received service.

Great pedi, but awful SNS mani. Both wonderful ladies, but the mani woman needs further training/practice. I’ve had SNS done before multiple times and I’ve never had someone dip my nails so many times. It was 5-7 times. The nails were bulbous by the end. She also painted them very messily. There was so much gunk underneath my nails that I spent 30 minutes trying to separate the tips of fingers from the long part of my nail because it was so glued on. There were also obvious gaps on either side of my nail color. Basic mani services like cuticle trimming are also not part of the $45 SNS price.
Most disappointingly, when I went up to front desk to address the issue, front desk simply said, “SNS is messier and more bulky.” She didn’t offer a discount or a complimentary mani after I was back my trip. I didn’t have time to stay another 30 minutes to get it fixed right then and there. It honestly looks so horrible, I’m taking it off before I travel.

There was very nice service, I enjoyed the staff and the complementary provided and everyone is so friendly. I also enjoyed my nails they turned out beautiful.
