I am SO UPSET.
I wanted to share that I drove from Lake Wylie to get my hair cut at Modern Salon, I left my 5 month old new born at home to pamper myself for the first time in OVER a year. I was looking online the night before for a place to get my hair done because it needed it desperately and I have a work trip next week. I got up SUPER early this morning, took care of my little one and drove almost an hour to get to the salon at 9:00am and they say oh we just called you and your stylist called out. They didn’t try to work me in, they couldn’t have cared less, and all I got was your typical “I am sorry for your inconvenience.” I walked out in actual tears. Thank you for ruining my one day that I take every few years to take care of myself. Well done little receptionist and thank you BRANDON for cancelling an appointment that was booked the night before. Let me add there were at MINIMUM 6 employees standing around. If you are a Mama and want to be treated like a queen, DO NOT GO HERE.

Tiffany makes sure that they are on time and are on point when it comes to my hair. She makes sure that the style is right. She was very quick but she’s careful about how my hair looks. I’ll keep coming back. She always takes her time for her clients. The parking was great today. She helped me with questions that I needed help with as well.
Stylist: Tiffany is awesome. She knows what haircut you want. I look forward to coming back.

Absolutely Excellent Service!! The shampooing & massage scalp was so relaxing - along with the superb updated sinks that allows comfort and not wetting/soaking the customer… fantastic!! Tami was thorough and listened to what I wanted done, and asking her for her input/expertise - the result was exactly what I wanted and more!!! Thank you Tami!!

This was my first time visiting this salon. It was super nice inside and I had a great experience with Killian! I wanted a fairly clean cut with a blowdry. My hair is exactly what I was hoping for and I've received many compliments!
