“Went to UbreakIFix in midtown first and the guy tried to tell me it was better off if I get a brand new phone and told me it was no way for my screen to be fixed ..then came to bling mobile and the guy fixed my phone in under a hour and price was reasonable.. definitely would come back”
“This store definitely deserves a 5 star review. We came to switch and Sophia was amazing! She went above and beyond what you would expect from an agent. The previous carrier (Verizon) gave us a hard time with switching over information plus prolonging it over an hour but Sophia was very patient and not once frustrated and made us feel comfortable. It was the best decision to switch especially coming to this Location. If it wasn't for Sophia being the star that she is I don't think our transition would have been so smooth! She definitely was the reason why I am happy with our decision to switch to cricket!”
