Jason did an excellent job repairing our Mazda CX-5. We went to a few different body shops for estimates and he was the easiest to work with. Cost was fair and reasonable and he was transparent with our various options and his recommendations. He encouraged us to do repairs that would be more cost effective and get the job done, instead of spending more money unnecessarily. We were in great hands with him, and he finished our repairs in just one morning. Highly recommend!

Jason did an amazing job with my SUV! He was very easy to work with and communication with him was excellent! I was quoted $5600 from a chain repair shop in Charlotte that I have used and been very happy with in the past. They said the repair would take 16 days due to staffing issues. I went to Midwood based on google reviews and Jason gave me an estimate of $2100 and 4 day time frame to fix. I picked it up the other day and the repair is perfect. It took 4 days, it cost $2100, and it looks brand new. Thanks Jason.

Took a 13 year old Lexus here for body work. Their estimate came in way below another local shop (and Jason fixed a sagging door during our initial talk about the work). They completed the work in a timely fashion, the car looked great, and they even charged significantly less than their original estimate. I have used them 3 or 4 times and will likely use them again.Services: Painting

I took my vehicle for an estimate for some minor damage. Afterwards I called back and was blown off twice when attempting to schedule. First time voicemail was not returned (> 1 week) and second time spoke with the owner who made up an excuse to get off the phone and never called back like they said they would. If you don't want a customer's business just say so, don't j*** them around. Poor communication and professionalism set the tone for a sub-par experience.

Jason took care of my sort of hard to track down parts need for my Scion Tc. I pulled up, told him what I needed, he called a parts place right then and confirmed availability and ordered them for me. The next business day the parts were there and he took 10 minutes to install and I was off! My quote was right and he did a great job. Can roll my windows down care free now! Doesn't take credit cards but accepts cash, Venmo and checks.

Earlier this week I visited Jason at Midwood Auto Craft and asked him to look at a damaged piece of trim on my front wheel opening. He stopped what he was doing, looked at the car, said "no problem" and in a few minutes repaired the damage. When I offered to pay for his services he said he couldn't charge me for such a small job. This "small job" was quoted at $700 to $800 by the dealership. If you need body work, you won't be disappointed in visiting Midwood Auto Craft. It is a gem of a local business. Jason & team are fantastic! We took our Jeep in to get repairs done to the back paneling that was damaged when we got rear ended. They are extremely professional, communicative, and thorough.
