Be prepared that you will sit with your feet in water for a good 30 mins before they start on your pedicure and they won’t let you know this when you check in.

Mai and Kevin were great. My kid got his first mani/pedi and Mai was so gentle and listened to everything he wanted. Kevin does a great hot stone hand massage and didn't try to engage me in meaningless small talk which I appreciate! Will definitely be back.

I made a pedicure appointment three days in advance. I arrived 5 minutes ahead of my appointment. No one greeted me or acknowledged that I had an appointment. After sitting around for 15 minutes someone finally asked me what I needed. I asked how long it would be before my appointment would begin. No one could understand English well enough to understand what I was asking. After 5 minutes of going around and around with someone who couldn't understand me and with no one who came over to help, I walked out. I won't be walking back in.

Great job on my sns nails and pedicure. I cannot recall who did my pedi but Glen did amazing on my nails. I wanted the “milky” look and she gave me exactly what I was looking for.

This was my first time here and honestly I regret it. I never leave bad reviews but I’m really disappointed. My dip manicure is SUPER chunky and not well done. My pedicure isn’t well painted either. The services weren’t worth the money I paid

Love, love, love this place and the staff. My sister inlaw was visiting from DC and we decided after a long day of shopping to end the day with a mani/pedi. Instead of going to the one closest to our home, I decided to do a search and I saw that Basecoat had nothing but 5 stars so we decided to go there. We now see why. Not only were they kind to my sister inlaw and I but they made my 7 year old feel apart of the experience as well as. The conversation was great, it was clean and the prices were great. Thank you for a fun evening! We'll definitely be back.

Do not ever come here! They made me wait
an hour while taking other clients “with quick fixes” who all came in after me! Seriously unprofessional!!!! Go somewhere else!
