Do NOT come here. A LOT OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY HERE, and a lot of over charging. And not telling you what you’re actually buying. I’m about of 299$ for things I wasn’t even told I bought, then continuing to charge me for 80$ on an old account I asked to be switched from and an additional 182$ for a new account AND if I want ONLY ONE ACCOUNT WHICH IS WHAT I WANTED FROM THE BEGINNING, it’ll be a 30$ fee. Stealing numbers and porting phones from different companies. Scammers, liars, and cheaters. I beg you, do not come to this store. There’s a girl with multiple pictures on here, she has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE and could care less if you’ve gotten the help you need or not. She clearly in on the whole scam they got going on. Then another girl, Lynette. They all got something shady going on. Don’t be stupid like me and out 400-500$. Disgusting people.

Please Do Not Go To This Location. My Customer Service there was awful. This young lady tried to over charge me for a phone not to mention how rude and unprofessional she was. I asked her for the number to the corporate office and she said that they didn't have one. Then I asked for her manager's name she said that she was the only employee there. I said who signs your checks she said the owner but I can't give his number out. The worst and most unprofessional service ever!!! She acted like she could care less. Go to another location not this one. They are trying to sell you the most expensive phones and saying that they are out of all of the lower priced ones. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Look at all of their Reviews they all are saying the same things. Over charging and bad customer service.

My mom went in and experienced the worst customer service. The manager had the worst attitude, yelled at my mom, and then cussed her out. Don’t come here!!

I just walked in to pay my brothers phone bill which lives in Fort Lauderdale And I was told I could not pay the phone bill unless I have the actual phone. Then I was told to go to my metro to put his number in and pay the bill that way but when I did not know the amount they actually took the number from me to inform me that the bill was $50 and it did not make sense to pay it because there will be another $50 payment in eight days. WHO ASKED YOU! The intention was to pay $200 so he wouldn’t have to worry about his phone bill for a few months but now I’m headed to another Metro because the agent wanted to tell me what to do with my money.. absolutely ridiculous!

Sitting here in disbelief that some people actually Hate their jobs. About 2:20 on this Friday of July 07, 2023. The female worker has the music Sooooooo freaking high and could care less if She hears me or if I can hear her talking!!!!! I've Never had this type of service from this location. One person working. She could not even help me as I was the Only one in the store & needed a phone!!! It just Discuss me how Young Students on a Summer job could care less about what they do to earn money.. She tells the other lady it's not loud, while the lady also, Repeats herself too.IT MADE ME GIVE A STAR, IN ORDER TO POST. BUT, I ACTUALLY GIVE ZERO€£&&=Store #8925-1A!!!!Let's get it together!!!!.

Absolute worst service I have ever had in my life.I showed up at 6:45pm after working 12 hours, to see a sign on the door saying “ bathroom break” Ok cool.25 minutes later, she comes back to unlock the door with sunglasses on smelling like weed at 7:15 pm they close at 8.(Never took her sunglasses off once)She was extremely rude, not informative,She lied straight to my face twice,knowing she was not telling the truth.I’m a business man, I have been in sales and customer service for over 15 years and I have never experienced service like that in my life.She wasted my time for over an hour and gave me nothing but wrong informationAnd now, I have to take off more time to go back in to get this figured out In the morning.Could not be more dissatisfied.— ⭐️⭐️

I was so appalled at the fact Metro not only closed at 6 pm when they were supposed to stay open until 8, but the fact that they used a tiny sticky note written in pen saying that they were closed!!! I will never going to this location again!!

Just left and Giraldo helped me. He was great and answered all of my questions. Gave me advice and looked high and low for what I needed. I really appreciated his positive attitude and great customer service.

Went to MetroPCS because my phone was broke ,I had an extra phone and was told by the salesman that I could not change this phone over because it wasn't a Metro phone . Upon calling customer service I found out that that wasn't true. He told me I would have to purchase another phone. This is the JW Clay location in Charlotte North Carolina. I told the manager what happened and in turn she said that there's nothing that she could do no refunds crooks...

I went in to pay for a new phone because my broken instead of letting me look around for a phone the sales associate decided to ask me what did I need why was I there which is cool but the tone she used was furthermore she changed my name in the system she removed two letters from my first and last name to be funny after I told her I was in a rush I had a job to get to she took her time putting my phone case and my screen protector on didn't even cut the phone on to see if I had service and told me to have a good day worst customer service I've ever had you want to know which associate is I couldn't tell you she wore a mask and she was Hispanic

just came by to upgrade my phone walked in stood there for 20 minutes no one greeted me said anything to me then some lady walks in she stands here about 2 minutes and they help her absolute worstcustomer service I have ever had while the associates laugh and cut up and carry on they're not even worried about the people that are standing there waiting real nice makes me really eager to come back to the store and upgrade my phone and while I'm sitting here writing this review another lady just walked out because they didn't help her either
