I wish I could give ZERO STARS! They are incredibly racist; when I asked a simple question, it was met with attitude and swearing. I'll never deal with this company anywhere, and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family. The woman behind the counter was amused by the disrespectful behavior, which made it worse.

Yesterday I went to this store to upgrade my son phone to a i phone the Associate had bad service first and foremost she wouldn't give me a Receipt and over charged me on a phone case I paid 60.00 dollars and then said she had no screen Protectors in stock who the Hell pays 568.00 and you Can't get a receipt I reported this location!

I am very disappointed with the services provided at the little Rock store by Idalie. She has the worst attitude ever and has a very filthy mouth. she was very rude and unprofessional when dealing with my husband so that's when I took over and became the point of communication. She offered to get me and my husbands phones through her perks account. We paid her weekly until the phones were paid off. Phones were paid off on 12/16. I last paid the bill on 12/6 woke up this morning 12/21 and the phones were off due to non payment. I texted to see what was going on and she claimed that I should have known I needed to switch the phones to my name. Which is no problem but a heads up would have been nice bc I missed a VERY important call this morning. Further more why wait 5 days after I paid the phones off to turn the phones off???? She turned the phone off with no warning and then said my bill is now due on 12/19. Which isn't fair bc I paid my bill on 12/6. I should not have to pay this bill twice. All she said was "Conversation over!!!! Have A Blessed Day" I want to add I was nothing but nice to her even after the threats to suspend the accounts even though she had no issues receiving payments from me.

If I could possibly give this a negative 5 star rating, I would. For the last two days I've been going back and forth with Metro PCS in store and over the phone. Finally, over the phone, customer service provided the solution to my problem and the steps necessary to do so. The manager in store, Fabio, if I recall, had a nasty attitude, and was annoyed during the entire process. When he said my number had finally been transferred to my new phone, it didn't take long for me to return to the store and show that my number had not been changed. When I asked what could be done or what was causing this, his response was and I quote "there is no telling". My friend thankfully went ahead and called the customer service line while I was inside from her phone and helped me start he process of finally reaching a solution. Seriously, treat people nicely, or at least try. I was friendly the entire time. And if the attitude wasn't enough, their other employee was sitting in a chair in the front of the store facing an open car door speaking to what seemed like a friend or family member the entire time. Professionals at their finest.

First I want to say that my Mobile Expert Fabielys was amazing and went above and beyond to help me and get my mobile service set up and ready. I have 3 small children and she was a delight she did not make me feel unwelcome at all. She was attentive and explained well each function of the devices I was looking at.On the other hand the store experience was not that great. During the checkout process we were experiencing issues with one of the phones and my representative had to call an assistant manager because the manager was in the back in a room. Not only did I not know who the manager was, but I found out later on when I had to get my other 2 kids from disturbing the phones and cases and handed the baby over to my representative because she was near me and the manager Ashley came out and told her to hand me the baby back so she can work. I didn’t like the tone of voice. I felt like I can’t bring my kids with me to the store because they are not welcome. I was trying to be considerate and keep up with all three children so they didn’t have to clean up a huge mess after my kids.Overall I will only return and buy things at the store if Fabielys is working the day I need to go in the store otherwise I am not coming.

Not a bad establishment. The store staff is friendly but the customer service needs some work. The vibe between little Rock road store & the metropcs in University is vastly different. I bought the phone at the University location instead. It was worth the drive and experience of working with a very professional staff.

This is the only Metro I will ever go to. The staff is awesome and Aaron specifically is beyond what I could hope for. I always leave with a better deal and service than I could even hope to expect.

Erin the assistant manager was excellent. I got set up with a new phone(A10e) and $50 unlimited plan. Data including wallpaper was all transferred over. I'm a little salty about the $17 activation fee however, she provided such phenomenal customer service in the midst of also training a new employee. She even helped change my caller id. Great sales skills, multi tasker, high energy, knowledgeable, personable, friendly. Truly superior service.
