They close the store early and have very bad customer service. The girl today was on the phone will trying to help and she was trying to rush to get home so she couldn’t help me with my problem. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she don’t have a manager. I asked her name and she ignored me!

Let me start by saying I am a longtime Metro PCS customer (atleast 10 years with 3 lines and a complimentary free line) and I have never experienced poor customer service like I did yesterday February 15th at the beatties ford location suite 111.I usually pay my bill via app and do not need to go into the location however my son needed a new phone. So on the 10th of February we went into the store and the young man that assisted us told me he could get my son the same phone for a 100 dollar less but needed to add it as a new line but assured me if I cancelled the old line before paying my bill by the 16th of February my bill will remain the same and would not increase. He also recommended that I come in to the store to make the changes and pay my bill because it would be a smoother process vs calling customer service (big mistake).So on my lunch break February 15th I went to the store thinking it would be a quick transaction and I could get back to work on time no problem.When I walked in the store the short Mexican heavy set lady with red hair asked how she could help and I told her I needed to cancel one line and then pay my bill. Her response was I needed to do it through calling customer service. I explained everything to her about what the young man told me to do when we purchased the new phone and how my bill would not increase. After about 10 minutes I noticed she could not or was not willing to help (she was trying to get me to pay a bill that was higher than it should be and could not explain why).So I asked her how or when I would be able to get in contact with the young man that sold us the phone since he seemed to understand better how to handle the situation. She told me she didn’t know. I asked how l could contact a manger and she didn’t know. All the time I am talking to her she had someone on speaker listening to our conversation and laughing at her responses to me.Another customer walked in and she greeted him and said let me help him and get back to you. I told her no I need to get back to work but if she could give me her name I would leave and try to come back when someone else that could better assist would be available. She said why do you need my name, I said because you are the one servicing me today and I want to be able to refer back to this day using a name. She said I don’t have tell you my name. I said fine, do you have an id code that can be used as an identifier so they know who I am referring to. She ignored me.A few seconds later I said ma’am if you give me your name I can leave. She put her phone up in front of my face and begin to record herself telling me if I don’t leave the store the authorities would be called. My words back to her was “really, because I asked you, your name”? She said unhuh (meaning yes) I turned around and walked out.I immediately called metro PCS and filed a complaint. They were also able to assist with cancelling the extra line and fixing my bill (I wish I would have started with them) The customer service agent was happy to share her name and id with me and apologized for the extremely poor service I had to experience.To the owners, please do better at hiring and training people that are willing to serve the community your store is located in with dignity, respect and good service.In the case with the young lady I encountered, I hope proper measures are taken to ensure other customers do not have to endure the disrespect and poor service from her that I did.I usually brush over some acts of poor customer service but in this case I could not sit back and allow her actions to go without speaking up and out about it.Thank you

I got a phone here,the woman named LUISA is very rude with a very bad attitude . The customer service is terrible all the employees there also including things like insurance and case glass protector without asking you before. And if you don't speak English they will treat you very bad. I checked with a lady just needed to pay her bill.(If I could, I would give zero stars)

My experience was so wonderful the store employees were very helpful and made sure to give me the best deal possible and making sure to handle all my needs before I left the store I recommend anyone with metro service to get all they need done at the store on batties Ford and sunset Rd in Charlotte NC 5009 beattiesford to be exact

My Fiancé and I went into this Metro 12/9/2022 at around 1pm or 2pm and was serviced by the manager. It was one of the nastiest interactions I've had in a while and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what we had done to make this woman so upset with us.I only needed to reactivate my service and the entire process was a mixture of her interrupting us, nasty tones and remarks, and an overall horrible demeanor. I tried my best to be as nice as possible, so as to mitigate her attitude, but nothing helped. She was just a very mean and callous person.At the end of the interaction, her and her associate mistakenly assumed I didn't speak Spanish and began to have a conversation regarding us. It was a little disheartening to see someone a part my community treat me like that. I'm not embarrassed to say that I sat in the parking lot and cried afterword, I just can't understand why kindness is so hard for some people.I understand people have bad days or things going on in life, but this was totally on another level. It was as if she was looking for an argument!I usually never do this but I called and reported this to Metro PCS. I just hope she can have a productive conversation with a higher level manager about her behavior. I truly wish her the best and hope that whatever is going on in her life is resolved <3Para la gerente, la vida es demasiado poco para actuar asi feo. Dios te bendiga.

While I will be back to finish my purchase hopefully I first need to say that Jessica was nice but the young lady who was working there with her today needs to learn a lesson about humility and about Black culture I believe her name is Nikki she's Caucasian kind of heavy said and really mean if you don't want to save money on your bill today she was very disrespectful to an elder and seems to not understand that she is very unprofessional no matter how many times did she told me that that story is number one I honestly believe that her impression of African Americans is wrong someone must have given her a pass or something because she tried it today! And also I don't like the fact that they do the national verifier for you no one should be changing your passwords

Today, 10/29,2022, I went to upgrade my phone at the Beatties Ford Rd and Sunset location. Was told I had to pay for a phone. (What’s the reason for the free phone signs in the window then). I’ve never had an upgrade. My phone I’ve had for many years as well as the same number. Watch out for the female hispanic heavy set manager from NY. She will up-sale you in a heartbeat and never ask your permission. I left out paying over $300 for what I’m not sure as she took a picture of the price only with my new phone before she gave it to me and she told me that was my receipt. She stated they didn’t have any printer paper. That should’ve been told to me upfront, and I would’ve went to another location, instead of when the transaction was already over. On the photo it says there is an email option which she told me she couldn’t do either. I called customer service and basically got no where. Somehow I left with a new phone, a screen cover as well as a phone case, neither of which I asked for. She is a crook so watch out for her. I didn’t find out until later today that she GOT 2 of my friends within the last month the exact same way. She need to work somewhere crooks work like selling cars or something instead of at Metro or any other customer service job.SignedNot a happy customer

black older "lady" was very rude, and acted like she didnt wanna be bothered early this morning even though i was currently the only one in the store. no wonder the parking lot stays empty for them and sunset soul food! i believe the information given to me was misleading also.
