The people on desk speak like a robot ?, no customer service experience at all ?, call the central store to get what you need .

i went here to get a new phone at 5 30 5/11 and the woman there has a nasty attitude and you could feel the laziness. when i walked in i said how are you and she was on her phone not even looking up, barely responded. She did not do her job at all...the ONLY thing she did was charge me more and give me the phone. Honestly i couldve done that myself.. went to another metro to move my data and that woman was great and super sweet.

the girl who attended me on 06/01/23. In the night shift she was quite rude, she told me that I couldn't pay for a line just because it belonged to my mom and she had to be there and give a pin but she doesn't have a car and lives far away and she had already made the payment for the line on other occasions so it seemed strange to me and she said no later when I wanted to change the company and get a sim card from them she told me that she couldn't because they didn't work with the type of phone they had, when the same brand and model were at the counters of the store, I hope someone takes action on the matter and put people who are really interested in giving you customer service!

They had a unqualified 17 year old assistant manager with her 23 year old boyfriend who was manger there stealing and doing a nail salon in the back while had customers on the floor waiting while some other poor girl was on the floor attending the floor. Hiring manager is also a joke and very rude to customers and staff. OMAR.

I had been with Verizon for over 15 years. I switched to Metro because of the price. When I went to this store I was repeatedly lied to, and was treated very rudely. I cannot get internet access on my phone unless I am able to use wifi. I asked the dealer if my phone compatible and they said it was I didn't realize they had it connected to the stores wifi until I got home. The problem was never resolved. When I called back the manager blamed me....

Been a MetroPCS customer for over 7 years, have never been treated in a store like I was today. Store employee was more concerned about time left on shift then my problem.

Thursday I brought a Harman bluetooth headset. 5 days later its broke?Cant hear on other end or anything $65 GONE . That's not cheap at allAnd they not trying to help it sucks !!!

came in bought a phone from dark skin lady i think her name is j we talked different thing not just about the phone would recommend this store for more of an business feel and not just a prepaid store she was great and the staff they have now are actually ok
