How irresponsible they are, they don't keep to their schedule, we've been here since 9:58 and they say they open at 10 and it's already going to be 11 and they haven't opened, how bad the truth is that I was urged to do something and nothing, they would have the store 0 at the customer service

I purchased a king sized bed set from the South Blvd location. Sales process was okay and I left the store happy with the purchase. Delivery....we'll it started great however the store provided a broken lamp in the order. That was just the beginning...my king size bed? Well I get a king sized mattress with QUEEN SIZED PARTS. Needless to say, the Delivery staff was unable to assemble the bed so it's sitting on my floor as I type. Another night I get to sleep on the floor...thanks. Let's back up...hours before the Delivery, I get a call from a rep who speaks broken English and has the audacity to ask me to purchase more items...she saw how much credit I was approved for so she wants to milk the cow of course. It wasn't my sales rep and she sounded slimy...so I should have known the day would end terrible. Back to delivery...my husband is livid...we've had this issue before and we should have followed our instincts and went to another retailer. But we didn't so we're stuck...at any rate Chris Woods was completely ineffective and scared to death of my husband so whenever we call back he dodges our call and transfer the call elsewhere. I called the store at this point pretty upset and Eliana picks up. Needless to say she is the rudest person on the planet, sounded like a kid so I asked if she was a floor supervisor or manager because she sounded like another person who could not help me. Then she tells me she doesn't like how I'm talking to her when and basically hangs up on me...and it was a big hang up so at this point I want to go to the media. I feel taken advantage of because no one will address our concern, basically stuck with a king sized bed in pieces and I look like the jerk when I've been a loyal customer for years. It seems like they want your money/credit but when it comes to issues they leave you hanging. The saleswoman this morning was tacky, Delivery was a letdown and management is just MEAN. So I will never ever ever coming back...I'll take my credit elsewhere. If you deal with Eliana...RUN! If you deal with Chris Woods...dont believe anyone he says...badically nice furniture HORRIBLE everything else. Im really pissed beacause i have sleep on the floor...again.

I stopped by today to switch over 5 lines and rep basically pushed me out ..she was on a call with her partner on speaker helping him him with personal issues when she told him she needed to hang up because she had a customer he responded will it’s a store you work at a store tell them you are with a customer on a call.Really bad service after that she didn’t provide info about switching over I had to ask and she would answer me with stand answers she didn’t make no effort to give or get info from me.As I was leaving she rushed to call him back before me leaving the store.

Who ever the girl working in this store needs to be fired. They open at 10am she has the doors locked at 12pm ain't no way she is on lunch she's just gotten there at 10 and not done 3 hours of work. This store is never open during the times it says it is. If you're thinking I'm lying go ask the people at the cleaners next door to them that told me the girl open the door when she gets ready and that no one is ever there.. They need 3 people in this store or fire her and replace her with a more responsible person

The only reason I put 2 stars is the service of the line NOT the service in the store besides the language barrier this is now the 3rd time that I've been in the store asking to buy a phone that is displayed right there and they you me I couldn't get that phone for one reason or another. The first time I was told that I couldn't get the phone I was asking for at the price that was displayed even though I met all the requirements for the displayed price, when I continued to ask why I couldn't I was told that they're "boss told them to sell it at the higher price"
