I went into this Metro store and was looking for a phone with nfc. I purchased a moto g 5g stylus. The gentleman that helped me was America Envios employee I'd is tcv512. He was amazing had a great personality and is built for customer service. I love my new phone and he deserves a raise or a bonus for being so kind. I have never dealt with a phone dealer that was so nice and accommodating. I will def be back to buy phones in the future. I went by the name 9n the receipt so I hope that is his name. He was very very friendly I bought like I said another phone there last year and the guy wasn't very nice but this time the gentleman was amazing. Thank you for going above and beyond. Looking to get my husband the same phone I just got we will be back.

I went to purchase a sim card for my device and was told I wasn't going to be charged but then was for the activation fee. The representative lied and told me that the phone was not on the account correctly so they are charging me for activation and advised to call and have them wave the fee because it's in their end. Come to find out that was a lie and the representative just told me anything to get my money. I could have done a self service activation to avoid that charge. I am very upset as I've been having huge issues with the customer service and now at the store with the representative. If you guys do not work together and have an understanding of the products that you are selling then you should not be selling them. Just going around telling lies to customers for no reason is not away to keep a customer. For that reason I will be canceling my services affective immediately and never returning to a MetroPCS ever again! Their customer services is horrible and the people inside the store just like to lie to get your money then say they do not do a refund. As a customer that's been with you all since 2019 this is very UNACCEPTABLEAND TRASHY MIGHT I ADD!!!!!

I came to this store three times because they didn’t have the phone I was looking for but young man told me that he had some more phones coming in. But when I came back the third time I got the phone I wanted, both gentlemen were very friendly. I purchase two phones from them, the manager went over everything about both phones and answer all my questions. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

Customer service was great! I forgot my password to my gmail and alan helped me recover it. He was extremely helpful and even gave me an umbrella since i had to walk home in the rain
