Horrible experience!!! Im a metro account client for years came to this store and brought my phone, I told the lady very cleared to please check if my phone was compatible before paying service. After she install the chip she said it was perfect ok I paid the service including the chip total $65. At the store once I check the phone it wasn't working. Gave her back my phone she took the sim out my phone and kept it after me paying. She call 611 and said I was going to get reimbursed by metro in 3 days it's been months!! I've been calling metro after what happen spending hours of my time and gas money going to the store and still haven't gotten my reimbursement!! Even metro 611 told me that the store had to refund me the money not them and that the number they sold me had data usage without me using my phone and no sim cause they took the sim back. I guess they sold that same sim and number I paid to someone else and made double the money.
Well don't get fooled people!! I already disputed my payment with my bank. I was told to come back to the store againg to bring my phone. I've been like 4 times no one solved anything for me just wasted my time. Plus the store owner new about this. The employee call her twice. It's ashamed don't go to this place.

It's 330 and they are closed. In fact, they are never open!!!! Metro and T-Mobiles customer service is non existent! How do these people still have jobs???

???????? terrible service since I entered the store, the woman saw me ugly, I wanted to pay for my husband's plan and grotesquely told me that only he could make the payment, when I know that's not the case because already in other stores I went to make the payment

It was really a zero, they have terrible customer service. They charged my card one price but the metro recipient that was sent via text said a totally different price. When I addressed them about it they told me oh its $10 tax fee. I said yeah that makes no sense all I had done was a phone switch which online says its $20.

I called to speak with the MANAGER (Kendrick?) on 7/20 regarding the purchase I made at T-Mobile - 4717 SHARON RD STE CHARLOTTE, NC, Date:06-24-2022. The interaction was definitely not reflective of T-Mobile's usually high level of customer service. Mgmnt was much more concerned with what COULD NOT be done (even though I never asked to return the product) than actually troubleshooting the problem. The tone was patronizing and the responses seemed "scripted" without consideration for how to solve the problem. Finally, the matter was resolved - but based on this experience I would never recommend this location to family or friends.

They should have other people serving in this place......I asked the person who attends a question and he answered me in a very rude way.....and sometimes we are the same Ispanians who disagree... ....that's why I won't give more than 1 star......
