Alexis was so nice and helpful in getting me out of a difficult situation with AT&T. She knows her stuff. Totally knew what the issue with AT&T was even tho their slow, nonsense system kept giving me the runaround for hours. I doubt I'll ever leave T-mobile again.

They can't even be bothered to answer their phone. I called on 05/28 and repeatedly got sent to voicemail. Based on the reviews, it's obvious that this location couldn't care less. Bad service. Bad store.

Please pay attention to what you're being charged for at this location. I went here yesterday for an upgrade, and ended up being charged an extra $36, for a case and screen protector I didn't ask for. The young lady expressed to me that with my upgrade I would receive a free case and screen protector. However, when I asked for a receipt I was told they don't provide them. First red flag! I explaineded I needed a receipt, and she provided me with a screenshot of the transaction. This is where I see charges for the screen protector, and the case that I was told was FREE. I was then told the case and protector are bundled with the upgraded phone. So why am I being charged, and why are the items listed separately on this screenshot. I was then told this was a made up bundle her manager came up with, and this is how they have to enter it. When I asked for the manager's info she repeatedly said the manager wouldn't answer, because she was in Fort Mill. She said there was nothing she could do and I could come back tomorrow. I was finally able to speak with \\\"the manager\\\" and received my money back. Seems like the young lady is tricking people into spending more money to achieve a higher commission. Please ask for a receipt or avoid this location entirely.

Tay was wonderful. Appreciate her service very much. But the one Hispanic chic with blue hair should be fired. Her customer service sucks. While I was there she turned the computers off in the middle of Tay waiting on me which took twice as long to get me a new phone. Then she walked out.

Excellent customer service! I was greeted when I came into the store and it didn't take no time to port my number over and get my new phone. Tay and her co-worker were extremely helpful and nice.

Great service!!I have gone to so many Metro pcs stores and I always tend to bump in to rude employees, but today I was treated super well by Jocelyn, this young girl is definitely a perfect role model of what a good employee should be, definitely got my vote. Will come back again keep it up!

I came to the store just to pay my phone bill the young ladies there name was Ray and Tamer took there time with me and was very patient she showed Extraordinary customer service and I would recommend this store to anyone she even talked to be about the promotion about the upgrades and she helped me with my tabletissues I really appreciate the help I would give them 150% she definitely is a great worker make sure you guys keep them
