They are stealing money. I came in on December 26 and did the byd(bring your device). I asked could I pay two months in advance since it was a Christmas present for my step daughter. I was told yes. My step daughter tells me her phone is off. I go to the store they say I only paid for one month. I pulled up my bank statement. Wasn’t good enough. I called the bank they confirmed the funds were taken out my that location(2103 N. Graham st) I even put the representative on speaker. Still not good enough. The district manager/ owner could care less. She was very nonchalant. She said she didn’t see my transaction. But the associate I. The store stated they pressed cash. I had to dispute the charges. Which will take 45-60 days. It’s something that could have been done.

I used this location to switch from boost and thought everything was good until I got home and looked over everything. I was told the case for me and my husband would be $20 together look at papers when I get home we were charged a combined $50 for both. Then when we went the next month to add another line( another location) they (this location)had added all these features to our bill that we didn't request. I would definitely say choose another location either Metro got some incentive they are giving the employees to meet a quota that they mislead people or their employees just dont care. In the end I just switched back to boost never had a problem with them they are always honest with me.

Horrible store and Horrible employees. I purchased a phone and asked for a case which I was told they would give it to me for $15 but instead was charged for a case and a tempered glass that I never asked for at $20. I was not given a receipt neither. I had to go back to ask for one and that's when I noticed the extra accessories. I was told that I could not get a refund for the tempered glass because it was open. Something I never asked for. They also told me that I really only paid $5 for it when the receipt clearly says the case and the glass where 20 each with a 4.99 discount Applied. When I called I was hung up on like I dont mean nothing to them.These people are scam artists just trying to get comission by charging u for things u did not ask for. The sales persons name is Keira. Her and her partner in crime are very shady. I will never visit this location again. Shame on them. Horrible customer service experience.
