We worked with Bradley Coppola when buying our certified C300. It may be the best experience we’ve ever had at any dealership. Bradley was bright, patient and very knowledgeable. He worked with us to complete the deal and was incredible during delivery to explain the tech features of the car. The sales manager, Brad, was also very helpful and polite. We drove about 2 hours to work with Northlake and would not hesitate to do so again.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. A luxury dealership experience to fit the luxurious Mercedes Benz reputation. Professional and knowledgeable staff, clean and comfortable environment, and a big bow and swag bag with a purchase! I never felt pressured, they worked with me to meet my financial goals, and the process was - dare I say - enjoyable!

Purchased a GLC 300. After a bad experience at another Hendrick location. Sales manager Dietrich turned my experience around and I highly recommend this location. Salesman was very knowledgeable and patient and showed me different options. Finance manager Joe was great very trustworthy and provided me options long term and got me down to the car payment I wanted + warranty.

This was 2nd time getting a car from Mercedes-Northlake. They welcome you with open arms and are ready to ensure they get exactly what you are looking for. Andy assisted me in getting into my new 2023 C300. His upbeat energy and great customer service was on point from start to finish. He answered all my questions with a smile and got the deal done quickly. If you’re looking for a new car-go see Andy. He will ensure the process is easy and seamless. Also, Julie went over all the car features to ensure I knew exactly how to work each one. She even met with me a 2nd time, to go in more depth with me on the things I needed more help with. She has such a pleasant attitude. I appreciated her so much. There are a lot of dealerships in the Charlotte area but not many with good customer service. It’s good character and good customer service that keeps customers coming back.Mercedes at Northlake keep up the great work!

My expeience leasing a new EQE from Mercedes-Benz of Northlake can be described in one word—painless. Salesperson Paul Alfieri was attentive and truly worked hard to get the deal we wanted. I felt totally taken care of throughout the sales and paperwork (finance) process. Also they took their time showing me all the details on the vehicle as this is my first full EV. I’ll absolutely be back!

PLEASE READ THIS.....Please do not go here for any oil change or service repairs. I took my E350 two Saturday ago to get an oil change. Right after my oil change I drove to South Carolina to spend the night at my brother house. I left the car in his garage until Sunday morning when I was ready to leave. When I turned on my car Sunday mornings my car had a slow start. It sounded weird so I was like oh that's weird... I left it running for a while. I got into to my car and as I drove down the block my brake light came on and I realized that my brakes became very soft. I pulled over into a parking lot and pop my hood. The first thing I noticed is that the plastic covering and my intake were not attached on properly. So I started connecting up the plastic and intake back together. I looked at my brake oil reservoir and I realized it was low. So I was like no big deal let me just tap it up. So I bought some brake oil, tapped it up and then went on my way back home to Charlotte. On Monday morning I jump in the car to go to work. As I am about a mile away from my house the brake light came up again. When I got to work I checked the brake fluid reservoir my brake oil was low again. I called the dealer and they said that they can get me in right away. They also stated that they will be able to book me a ride to work. As I got back to the dealer the advisor is stated that they didn't do that... Things got a little heated. So I asked then to please book me a ride to work as they promised. I was at work the whole day and they didn't call me. I called them at 3:30 and got a representative. I ask the representative if she can get some one to call me back. The manager called me back and stated that my car had rusted pipes that why my car is leaking and they quoted me a repair fee of over $4500 to get my car repair. Prior to taking my car to Northlake Mercedes Benz I never had any oil leak. I recently had an oil change at Greenville SC dealer about 4 month ago and they told me that my car was in a great condition. At that time I was living in SC and working in NC so I put on alot of mileage on my car. My car never had any issue, it is just that my service B light came up which means an oil change and etc is due. So I decided to take it to North lake which is closer to where I live now.I only have one car to currently and it is very unsafe driving around with soft brakes and with my car not stopping properly. They are sticking with there story that my pipes pipes are rusty but if my pipes were rusty I am thinking wouldn't I have a slow leak and wouldn't they have noticed it within the first inspection when I initially brought my car in for the oil change. I don't understand how comes all of a sudden I have a major oil leak in which I have to be adding break fluid to my car every two days. This is ridiculous. I did not have this issue prior to my oil change. I am hoping that they can help to rectify this issue out without us needing to go through the court of law. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. DO NOT GO HERE

I recently went car shopping at this location. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. However the sales associate Darren Barnes was excellent. It is worth noting I’ve bought many cars and he was hands down the best associate I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership. I appreciated his time and help. If you’re headed here, ask for Darren. You won’t be disappointed!

I made my 3rd purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Northlake last month. My 1st purchase was while I was visiting from Upstate NY. Each experience has been great. The entire staff is open and engaging with smiles all around. I have worked with Paul the last 2 purchases and he was great throughout the process. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and definitely delivered. I also want to thank Joe who finalized my purchase. He was very patient and answered all my questions as we went through all the details on the financial side. I will definitely be returning when I am ready for my next purchase. Thank you all!

I love the Mercedes-Benz of Northlake. I drove 5 hours to purchase a car from this dealership. I have been going to your website looking for an SUV.I found the car I wanted to purchase and spoke with Dietrich Wright about the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the car and said everything would be ready for me on arrival. This dealership has a beautiful team; everyone was polite.
