“I had my blood drawn at this ExamOne location last week. So this is a recent experience. My appt was at 11:30am and I was seen at 11:35. The location was an hour’s drive from my home. Parking was crowded. The building was easy to find and marked well (bldg address is right above front entrance). The ExamOne office is shared with Quest Diagnostics. The right side of the office is for ExamOne appts. Once inside, sign in on the list on the clipboard and ring the doorbell. Take time to read the signs which have very clear instructions on what to do. Then take a seat and wait. I arrived 20 mins before my appt and first rang the doorbell when I arrived and then again at 11:30 which was my actual appt time. I think they might have forgotten I was there early.
The blood draw was very quick and thorough and the technician was a pro at it. My wait was longer than the actual blood draw. My experience was a positive one compared to the other negative ones that are 2-4 yrs old.”
“I did a walk in appointment from a doctor referral and the lady at the front desk was really friendly about my questions and mentioned she would text when I’ll be called. I went to my car and they texted in literally 10 minutes . So I walked back in and my name was called and I gave blood which took less than 5 minutes (no exaggeration ) and was gone about my day. Erica was the one who did my blood sample and she was very friendly ! 10/10 would definitely recommend”

“I made an appointment on-line after my employer picked this location for a pre-employment drug test based on my zip code. I arrived 30 minutes early and had an easy check in using the kiosk in the lobby. Once I checked in I was met with a smile by a professional staff member and was quickly processed and handed off to the person administering the test. She was also pleasant, professional and frankly, fun. I was in an out in no time. Highly Recommend.”

“On Thursday, August 17, 2023, I had a visit to Atrium Steele Creek. I originally thought I was there for a urinary complaint. Maybe a kidney stone. Turns out, my appendix was ruptured. I was treated by Dr. Ambrose. I will be eternally grateful for him. His thoroughness literally SAVED MY LIFE! I had 3 abscessed areas in my abdomen due to the rupture. I've never been this sick in my life. My review would not be complete without mentioning the sweetest nurse ever... Edie! Respiratory Therapist, Shelton was awesome as well. Monique from registration was so kind. She's the kind of person I could be friends with for life! Any further emergent medical need I have, will be treated by Steele Creek!!!!”

“I've always like the Neighborhood Walmarts as it's a quick and convenient way to get grocery and hygienic needs without the hassle of the larger Walmart crowds (plus parking). They are usually easy to navigate. This location recently had a renovation. It wasn't really needed as it's not much older than 4 years I believe...it can only be better. Looks like a few more aisles and the warm foods section is bigger. I always find markdowns here. Good to try new things, sweets, makeup, and coffee on markdown. A Gas station, small restaurants, nail shop, and salon right there too.”

“I was staying in NC for a few days while I was travelling, and I needed to have a blood work order from my doctor done in a short timeframe. I did not know what to expect when I picked Quest Diag lab at this location. I found that the two ladies on staff who interacted with me were extraordinary in helping me to check in and collecting my blood samples. They were very helpful and competent in what they did, especially in dealing with health insurance paperwork because I was not a resident in NC. I wish they had had their name tag so that I knew their name. And I found the facility had a typical setup like a number of other Quest labs I have used before, clean and tidy. In all, I think they deserve a five-star rating.”

“I just wanted to write a review of my experience today at Labcorp on Park Rd. I set a blood test appointment for 11:15a this morning online around 10a the same day. I arrived early at 10:30a and sat in the parking lot. I checked in by phone at 10:45a while still sitting in my vehicle. I received a text at 11:05a to come inside the building and that someone would see me shortly. I spoke to the lady at the front desk, showed her my paperwork from my doctor and paid an old past due bill. Sat for maybe 5-10 minutes and was called in to have blood drawn. The nurse drew my blood and I was out after another 5 minutes. Super quick and easy! Everyone was nice and professional. Wish I had done it sooner if I knew the process would be that smooth. I deal with anxiety and sitting in a wait room for a long period of time can be intimidating. I rely on reviews to prepare myself for what to expect. But I know not everyone writes good reviews either, so l felt this experience deserves one! Thanks.”
