The two ladies were so nice, kept me calm without making a big deal about it. They listened to me and knew exactly what to do. “I had my blood drawn at this ExamOne location last week. So this is a recent experience. My appt was at 11:30am and I was seen at 11:35. The location was an hour’s drive from my home. Parking was crowded. The building was easy to find and marked well (bldg address is right above front entrance). The ExamOne office is shared with Quest Diagnostics. The right side of the office is for ExamOne appts. Once inside, sign in on the list on the clipboard and ring the doorbell. Take time to read the signs which have very clear instructions on what to do. Then take a seat and wait. I arrived 20 mins before my appt and first rang the doorbell when I arrived and then again at 11:30 which was my actual appt time. I think they might have forgotten I was there early.
The blood draw was very quick and thorough and the technician was a pro at it. My wait was longer than the actual blood draw. My experience was a positive one compared to the other negative ones that are 2-4 yrs old.”
“I wanted to share my experience. The service here is top notch and I appreciate the service and time this organization has taken with me. My child received a test from a tent site called test4free.org who does not have a address in North Carolina. Apparently test 4 free is a pop up tent who are not labs and send our tests off to local labs. After doing my research, this laboratory is not associated with this test site. I wish I would have went directly to them for testing. This laboratory, although they did not have to, called my insurance with me and helped me with this bill. They spent over 2 hours with me on the phone with my insurance. My point is go to the lab directly for your test or your doctor and contact your insurance company if you get a bill because its your insurance that pays your medical bills!”
“This labcorp is absolutely phenomenal! I usually go to a different location but this one was closer this time. I scheduled an appointment online and arrived on time. I was greeted with such friendly faces. They were very prompt to call me back. I was there for 10 minutes! This never happens! I was taken back by Ms. Andrea who has the most beautiful personality I’ve encountered in a long time! She was absolutely amazing and I didn’t even notice she had stuck me and was drawing blood because she the conversation with her was so amazing. It felt like I had known her for years! I highly recommend this location. I’ll be coming here from now on! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!”

System issues. This place has great physician assistants but under performing administrative/reception and ill-equipped customer service representatives end up wasting tons of your time. I had to visit this place 2 times to get a specific lab test done and 3 times to get an injection. Their system just records it as a doctor follow up. Also you only get to physician assistant not physician.”
“I recently had a sleep study at Ballantyne Sleep Diagnostic and could not have been happier with the experience. The staff was super helpful with scheduling and made sure everything ran smoothly during the study. They took the time to explain everything clearly and going back for future diagnostics.”
“On Thursday, August 17, 2023, I had a visit to Atrium Steele Creek. I originally thought I was there for a urinary complaint. Maybe a kidney stone. Turns out, my appendix was ruptured. I was treated by Dr. Ambrose. I will be eternally grateful for him. His thoroughness literally SAVED MY LIFE! I had 3 abscessed areas in my abdomen due to the rupture. I've never been this sick in my life. My review would not be complete without mentioning the sweetest nurse ever... Edie! Respiratory Therapist, Shelton was awesome as well. Monique from registration was so kind. She's the kind of person I could be friends with for life! Any further emergent medical need I have, will be treated by Steele Creek!!!!”
“Honestly have no complaints! I’ve come here for bloodwork now on 3 separate occasions and every time the front desk / phlebotomist have been very nice and great sticks! Made an appt online ahead of time and I’m frequently in and out within 15-20 minutes! Can’t recommend enough”

“I NEVER have a problem anytime I have my blood work done here. I barely had to wait any time before my name was called and that's how it is every time I go there. The phlebotomists are ALWAYS kind and caring and get my blood the very first time. It doesn't hurt that I have amazing veins even at 74.”

“I would love to recognize Mina and Tonya at this location. They went above and beyond to make my children feel safe and comfortable. My daughter and son both got bloodwork on Wednesday, but my daughter's doctor sent in more bloodwork to be done the very next day. When we returned, Mina and Tonya called the lab first to see if they could use the blood she had drawn on Wednesday for the new labs rather than subject her to more bloodwork. They spent so much time and care with our family. My daughter didn't even mind going back to get bloodwork because she was excited to see Tonya and Mina again. These women are consummate professionals and they deserve to be acknowledged for their excellent care for their patients. I also observed them dealing with other patients that were NOT patient or courteous, but they still showed them the same amount of care and professionalism that they showed everyone else. I hope that Tonya and Mina know how special they are and what a bright spot they have been in our week. As a mother to children with complex medical needs, it makes such a difference having your children cared for by people like Tonya and Mina! I couldn't recommend them enough.”

“Made an appointment online for my 8 year old daughter, arrived 45 minutes early, and was almost immediately called back. When we arrived we were told they don’t see kids at that location, but would take care of us today. Jay was excellent with my daughter! Took his time to find a vein and made sure he was going to get it on the first try. She said it didn’t even hurt at all. He was friendly to her too. Great experience today.”

This time the customers service called me by name , the new iPad appointment registration was quick and easy , complementary water .. “Last night, I visited Urgent Care AFC and I was truly impressed by the excellent care I received. Despite arriving almost at closing time, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The doctor and nurses were very attentive and provided me with excellent medical care. After a short wait, I underwent the necessary tests and was prescribed the appropriate medication. I am very grateful for their attention and genuine concern for my well-being. They definitely deserve five stars and my sincerest thanks. Highly recommended!”
