don't even bother. they are basically a jail where nobody gives a s*** if you die and they only have 24 beds and 36 people and staff calls out on a regular. avoid this place unless you think you can survive. don't expect to ever contact them. they will never explain to you what you need to bring,etc. i live 3.5 hours away and they scheduled me for the 27th, got here and they were closed. place is horrible.the staff is unknowledgeable, untrained, irresponsible, and not qualified to administer the "medication" they claim helps people. they are so unqualified. do not go here!! there is no open lines of upfront communication. but you will be talked about behind you back for sure. i don't understand what has sustained this company for so long, due to how far behind they are in technology and professionalism. stay away
