Before we could even look around, the salesman asked me and my partner how old we were. We asked why and he said it’s because we don’t look old enough to shop. We are both in our 20’s. He judged us immediately and we left immediately after. I wasn’t looking to buy anything just looking to get an idea of what mattress I should purchase. Terrible experience do not recommend for young adult buyers.

Called Kim from my hospital bed to order a king adjustable mattress frame. She was so knowledgeable and sent s link to purchase by email and set up a delivery .. an easy purchase!

Where do I even start??? I had the best experience as soon as I walked in the door. Antwan is amazing!! I have never been in a mattress store and I had no idea where to even start, but Antwan immediately made me feel at home and literally saved me so much stress. I wasn’t expecting to walk out with a brand new bed but I left with not only a mattress but a bedframe as well. I am so grateful to Antwan. He made my entire week! Thank you so much.

We went to Mattress Firm in Waverly. Kim was extremely helpful. We needed to upgrade our guest room mattresses and a new one for our master bedroom. She was very patient and explained all the differences between all of the mattresses we tried and that helped make our decision easier. She was friendly and professional.
