Matthew prepared taxes for my wife and I as we moved during the year and filing became more complicated.

I am shocked how they have 5 start reviews! They never showed up in the meeting! I was literally stood up!I had a meeting on 3pm and they never showed up! After 13 minutes (image attached) they responded to my reminder emails that they had another meeting! Its fine to be late, just give me a heads up! Extremely unprofessional
