I live in Atlanta and have had to deal with the Maserati dealership there for the past few years. I visit Charlotte often for work and decided to visit the Charlotte dealership for a new vehicle for my wife. We were pleasantly surprised by the customer service of the team at Maserati Charlotte. Sal and Colton were amazing and we had the smoothest, fastest leasing experience I have ever had in any dealership ever! They even brought the car we were interested in from South Park Mall so we could see it. The team here is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a Maserati and will be using them for all my needs from this point forward.

My experience with Tony and his team was the BEST I’ve received in a LONG WHILE! As a current Sales Manager myself with a history of various customer service roles the TRULY Red Carpet experience was extremely refreshing. It started with an after hours text from me inquiring about a used car they had. Tony reached out directly to me the very next morning, answered ALL of my questions, sent 2 videos recorded that morning just for me on a direct link, and even made a commitment on the price that met our budget before we made a one and a half hour drive. At this point, I’m already blown away by the service I had received, but Tony turned it up a notch. I text him when we were on our way, and he proceeded to pull the car into their drive-through service bay so that we can view it in a nice cool environment rather than standing in the 93° heat! His team and staff were very welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, they offered us waters, showed us around, and were genuinely friendly. Overall, the process was quick and seamless. I wish all of my experiences when making a substantial purchases could even be half as good as this one.Tony - if you see this… I can’t thank you enough! You truly delivered and hit all the marks. To make it better you made my daughter’s dream come true as this was the exact car her heart was set on!

I would recommend Foreign Cars Charlotte to anyone I know! Everyone there is very kind and you can tell they really care about the customer. Sal and Louis were extremely helpful and made the whole experience a breeze. Can’t forget about Bill and his fabulous pen assortment. Finest of vehicles from Jeep to Lamborghini. Awesome place!! ?

This place is great! I found the car I wanted on their website but unfortunately I live about 8 hours away. I called and spoke to Sal, we worked out a deal on my trade and the deal on the car all over the phone. Driving down I was so nervous- I was worried they would change the deal when I got there or the car would not be as expected. I hit traffic a few times on my way and I arrived a few hours after they closed on a Friday; Sal was happy to wait and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. When I finally arrived at the dealership the car was absolutely immaculate! I purchased a 2017 Maserati but it literally looked brand new! Like not even a finger print or a speck of dust was on that car. Sal took his time with me, walked me all through the car and explained everything. After he asked me if I was comfortable with everything and ready to buy, but again I did not feel rushed and there was no pressure even though it was so late. When I went in the room to sign the papers everything was ready to go- I was in and out within an hour! Long story short I had a really great experience here! There was no pressure, no haggling, and most of all no surprises. Even though I live far away I will absolutely buy my next car from here. It was well worth the drive and I am VERY happy with my purchase and the entire experience was great. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience buying my Aston Martin Vantage here. While I am located out of state, they made the process very easy. The staff (Kehan was my salesperson) is very attentive and tries to make the process as smooth as possible. They were able to arrange shipping of the vehicle to California at a very reasonable price. I would say they are a 1st class act here.

Bought a 2017 Masarati Ghi... after a couple months ... the dash leather came detached.... seat came loose ... after a year check engine light came on. Needless to say I have traded it in for cadillac and will continue to give them my business.

Everyone which whom I interacted during the buying process, my salesperson, Kostas, finance department, and others, greeted me with a smile and treated me with greater than expected care and respect. Additionally, after purchasing my car, they've followed up and have ensured that every facet of my experience with Foreign Cars Charlotte exceeded my expectations. It has. I would highly recommend Foreign Cars Charlotte to anyone purchasing a vehicle in their inventory. Dealing with this dealership was truly worth the 800 mile roundtrip drive, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. This is a completely unsolicited review.
