Great customer service for gift certificates and personalized service. My mother in law loves the shoe selection at this store. They recently relocated to Phillips place as they were in the SouthPark Mall previously.

We had a great experience on Friday night with probably the newest employee at Marmi. She told us she had been there since April but this was our first time meeting her. My mother has a very hard time finding narrow shoes to fit her feet but at Marmi we always find the perfect pair or two! The associate didn't hurry us at all even though we were in close to closing time. Mama told her what she was interested in and she went to the back and grabbed several pairs for her to try. We ended up leaving with 3 pair, 2 for Mama and one for myself! We highly recommend Marmi for nice, quality shoes and look forward to our next time there!

This is my favorite shoe store in Charlotte. Love, love, love the selection of Vaneli Shoes. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Sheila helped me yesterday and I found two pair of shoes and a handbag that I loved.

I was so amazed by the customer service that Colby gave. Even though this was my off day and wearing active wear he still treated me the same. There's a lot of stores lately that don't even greet you anymore. I literally stop going to these stores because of that. Colby made me feel like a million bucks. Even though I only walked away with one pair this time... (because I'm going back just because of the service) I will for sure go back. I tried on a good 7 pairs of shoes and each time he handled me with care and made sure I left with the right shoe!!!! 5 stars all around!

Marmi is a speciality shoe store located in the main corridor of South Park mall. The shoes are a higher price point but are of great quality. I've been in the store several times but have never purchased anything. A lot of the shoes styles they offer are for a very particular type of clientele. I have found a few styles I like but they didn't have my size available when they went on sale. One cool thing is they have a wide range of sizes and narrows and wides. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
