My fiancé and I got rear ended last month and Mark Ficken (both the service center and collision center) were super great in working with us and the insurance company. They finished the car a week earlier than anticipated and the car looks brand new. Cannot recommend them enough.

Before my wife and I got too committed to dealing with this car dealership, I checked them out on Yelp. They do have a lot of one star reviews but the majority of them were written by people with between one and several reviews. The Elite Yelpers had a lot of more positive things to say. I trust them as they didn't seem to have an ax to grind against these people. Actually my wife saw this car online and she made the purchase. We were given the red carpet treatment as I expected. The salesperson Ms. Smith was genuine and proficient. The entire process including the test drive was about two hours. After the deal was completed and we were ready to depart, I saw a chip on the windshield. I went back inside and asked Ms. Smith to please come outside. She looked at the damage and immediately got the service manager. Ms. Smith told him the chip in the windshield was caused by the cleaning process and wasn't there prior to the detailing. He agreed and we have an appointment to get it replaced. Nothing to complain about on our end! I recommend this car dealership highly! Especially if you're lucky enough to get Ms. Smith to assist you! Happy customers here!

Had my vehicle repaired after being rear-ended in February. Vehicle was repaired and they completed a recall issue but I had to wait for my backup camera to come in. Waited months to have my backup camera come in due to supply shortages. The previous manager left with no notification or updates. Also, I was surprised when I had my inspection done only to find out I need to have shocks and struts done, which was not mentioned when I picked up my vehicle. Had another issue come up and when I went in to have my camera installed, the new manager Marlow provided excellent service and took care of the camera and the new issue for me. Can’t thank him enough!

Purchased used vehicle from them and they agreed to fix damaged bumper.Lift gate now doesn't close properly and paint job had dry running paint. Not Lincoln quality I expected.

We bought a Lincoln Corsair from this Lincoln dealership in late 2021. We started hearing a noise so we set up a concierge service for them to come pick up the car and bring us a loaner car... problem number one they brought us a car that smelled heavily of smoke we have a child and we don't smoke. We Febreezed, aired out, Lysol everything and it was still stinking. Had our garage stinky. They had to bring us a new car. They ended up having the car for a month and on day 30 they called and said everything was magically fixed. We were excited to get our vehicle back. I'm going to assume that the car was just sitting there and no one looked at it. They brought our car back and the same day we drove the car and the noise was still there. We called the dealership back multiple times and had a hard time getting anyone on the phone. When they did answer they told us they did not hear any noise when they drove it and the supervisor told us the person doing the diagnostic had been a mechanic for 30 years and could not find anything wrong and that is whose word he would trust. Basically- that we didn't know what we were talking about and there was no noise. We were pretty frustrated at that point. We called Town and Country Ford and spoke to the receptionist and they got us in with Bill Worthington. From day 1 he was patient and listened closely to our complaints. They got right to work within 1 hour they diagnosed the issue as a bad drive shaft. This was scheduled for service and was covered under warranty. Suspension, and transmission mount, were also replaced. Pretty much the whole bottom of the vehicle is now brand new. Supposedly Lincoln has the expertise, but they couldn't find ANY of these issues. The car now rides better than when we first bought it. We are so grateful to Bill at Town and Country Ford on Independence he deserves a raise and all the praise.

Next time I'll go elsewhere.Salesman (Mike) is a nice guy and I had no issues with him. The rest of the place moves at snail speed. 2+ hours to buy a car I'd already put a down payment on and was was finance approved for on the previous week... they also knew I was coming (scheduled ahead because, TIME!)Literally sat around waiting on finance folks to do their job. Information was all wrong. They weren't in a hurry; it showed. Also for all this waiting, they charge you $799 to "handle this transaction". If you value your time, what you get for your money, and the punctuality of others, shop at another dealer.

First, a one star rating is way too generous. I traded a Z06 2017 corvette for a 2023 corvette in April 2023 at Mark Ficken. I was contacted yesterday, 6/13 by the financial institution that secured the loan and was told they still do not have the title. They asked if I could contact the dealership to see where the title sent (SC or NC DMV as I purchased the car in NC but I am from SC) and to make sure they were listed as the lien holder. I was also told if they do not receive the title they will convert the loan from an auto loan to a personal loan with a significantly higher interest rate.I called the dealership on 6/13 and was told the person that handles titles works 6:30am to 2:30pm and had already left for the day. I called the dealership this moning, 6/14 and had the most unpleasant experience of speaking with Stephanie/Title, Matthew Carter/Sales, and Kelli Baucom/Controller. I was given the run around by each one of them and no one took responsibility for the severe delay. Kelli (the rudest of them all) let me know she was the controller. I asked if there were procedures in place to catch these types of issues and she said there are, however the issue with the title was just identified today even though the car was purchased in April. After speaking with Kelli (again the rudest one of them all), she let me know I had an attitude (I did) and I quickly reminded her she had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone and she was not going to make this my problem when clearly the handling of paperwork is the responsibility of the dealership. Seeing the conversation was going nowhere, I asked to speak with her manager. She stated she did not have one and she does not report to anyone..........(LIES!! Everyone reports to someone. Even a CEO reports to board members). The attitudes AND zero compassion from the Mark Ficken staff is not acceptable and DO NOT try and turn this around and make this my issue.

Your being warned now. Stay away from Mark Ficken Ford. Bought a used vehicle from them last yr. Afterwards I noticed I paid brand new sticker price for a used vehicle. To add, over the time having it numerous issues arouse. I have to buy all new tires due to bad wobble. I have a loud fan clutch noise still currently. Today I'm just getting my truck back from a transmissions issue that took a week that was down time from my business. I talked well about them thinking they had helped me before I moved from Charlotte to only find out nothing was fixed! Be warned Mark Ficken Ford is awful. Using pressure sales tactics to get over customers. I was even told I'd be black listed from Ford by a salesman if I had not purchased the truck. I will never buy from there again, I hope you take this warning seriously.1

Service department is terrible to deal with. No call backs, appointment times are over 60 days out.. they do such a good job to sell you on the car and the "black label" service with absolutely no follow through on the service end. It's like completely separate companies run the sales and service departments..

Update! They may not have filed my paper work correctly after asking many times but they righted the wrong. They promised me 1 yr/6,000 mile extended warranty eith my purchase. Since they didnt handle it correctly I received 1 yr/12,000 mile warranty.

The Mark Ficken collision center did an amazing job replacing a dented panel alongside my truck bed on my F-150. The new panel looks excellent. I have a truck bed carpet and camper shell over the bed and the collision center that had to be removed for the repairs -- they reinstalled both of those perfectly.Jessica did a great job of keeping me updated on the vehicle status, so I knew exactly what was happening and how long the repairs would take. I really appreciated her prompt and excellent communication.She also helped my truck get finished faster as I was in the area temporarily and was waiting on my truck to be able to leave. They made sure my truck was fixed before a winter storm hit so I wouldn't be stranded in town longer than necessary.I really appreciate everything that the Mark Ficken collision center did for me and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs body work on their vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

I had great customer service experience and exceptional work done by Jessica Ward and her team at Fricken Ford on my 2014 Ford Taurus. I had visited the collision center during late October to inquire about costs and to schedule repair work for loose panels at rear passenger sidesand front.ẞWhat impressed me most was customer service from people who understood and truly cared.
