While every Mercedes dealership gave me over a month to even get an appointment, I was able to get one the very next day. This collision center did a thorough job and saw the repairs all the way through. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a standard or luxury vehicle. You may have some doubts as I did, but I am glad to have done business with ManPower. Thank you!

Tim Tran and the guys at Manpower Collision always do a great job. Tim was able to assist me in handling the insurance adjusters so that was one less thing I had to worry about. The work was spot on and it was ready when promised. Great work guys !!!

Tim did a fantastic job repairing our company truck. A fast response working directly with our insurance. We actually had a large tree fall causing damage to our F-150. Tim was very efficient and very precise with labor and parts required for the repair. Our paint is perfect. Glass and accessories make our work truck look new again. A great experience start to finish. There is no doubt that Manpower Collision is the business I recommend and if ever required again the only place I will take any of our vehicles for repair. I was referred to Manpower by a local Hendrick dealership service adviser, for a body repair to my BMW M5. Tim took a look over the minor damage and was confident in being able to repair the car's rear bumper. A few days later I dropped the car off and after a couple weeks passed the job was completed. The car looked fantastic and was clean, and Tim was really good at communicating any delays or hiccups during the process.The part that bothers me and will prevent me from recommending manpower to anyone is why my car upon pickup has a substantial amount of mileage (joy rides) without my approval and the job was for a rear bumper replacement and spray. There is no need for someone to drive 20 miles for that repair, really shouldn't need any miles. I also had over 1/4 tank of gas when I dropped the car off (rarely go below 1/4 before I fill-up) and only 15 miles to empty when I picked the car up, which is horrible for the fuel pumps. Lastly, anyone who drives a turbo car knows there's a quart of oil in the trunk for top up... Well, the half gallon of spare oil wasn't in the boot upon pickup anymore... If it was a beater vehicle I would have just shrugged it off, but it's not, it's my weekend car and I waited a long time to own one. Just disappointed in the delivery process and how my vehicle was driven about without my consent or lack of respect for my knowledge... Long story short, keep looking, it'll be worth the wait when you find the right shop..

Great experience-Tim is highly knowledgeable and customer service is impeccable. He took care of everything for me from making sure my rental was ready to taking pictures of my car and sending them into my insurance for the claim. 5-Stars! This review is overdue - my car was repaired back in February and I was very pleased with the correspondence/ updates from Tim as well as the finished product. My Honda HR-V was in need of front hood, radiator, and bumper repair after an accident and although there were supply delays and Progressive was horribly slow to conduct the estimate, Tim and the team did everything they could to keep repairs moving. It was in the shop for just over a month and Tim offered to cover the overage time of my rental car. Please note: My side mirrors adjust electronically and when my doors were put back on after the paint touch up, Manpower did not reconnect some wires - BUT, Tim took my vehicle back in, no questions asked, to get it repaired in 15 min. and told me to let him know if there were any other adjustments needed post-repair, that he would take care of it.Services: Body & Trim

Tim at manpower is really great. He’s experienced and knowledgeable and genuine. It’s challenging as a single female to find reliability and trust in a male dominated industry but Tim was very fair and talked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. I hit a deer on my my way home from work, I wasn't to sure who to go threw to get my car fixed being that I wanted to get a aftermarket hood instead of an OEM hood. When I called Williams Subaru they of course recommended to Manpower. When I called Tim he was helpful and understanding from the start, we met a couple times and discussed everything that would need to happen to make everything work. Carbon hood finally was delivered cracked. Manpower fixed the hood within 2 days and got it to fit like OEM on the car which is hard to do with carbon fiber. During the whole process of replacing and painting the bumper and fender I built custom headlights for the car and Tim took on the challenge of installing them, Manpower went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. Tim and his techs have amazing workmanship, and you can really trust them. 10/10 recommendServices: Body & Trim
