Treated with hostility , after 12 years of business with this firm. Was told that if I write a review, explaining my displeasure. I would have lawyers ( track me down) , in which I took that as a threat .Nobody should ever have to go through that kind of treatment, especially when you are a paying customer , that has advocated on their behalf previously.

We have had Terri and Ray doing our taxes for many years. They are amazing! They take time to carefully review our documents and then take time to explain the breakdown of our tax information. They are professional yet approachable and down to earth. LOVE THEM!
