“I think I'll be coming here from now on. Its a bit far from home but honestly the expience was that good. I needed to print an specific paper texture and size as soon as possible, many stores around charlote did not even bother and asked mme to either change the format or gave me 4-5 days of wait time, but then this UPS location was a diffentent in the sense that either of us knew the problem with the format and i didnt mind waiting, after an hour or so of trial an error i was able to walk out of the store with the prints i so much needed. It impressed me the dedication and disposition of their workers to help customers. Special apprecition for Artie who helped around being very patient and eager to help me. Really my favorite UPS store.”

“I purchased a ceramic elephant and took it to the UPS to ship to Missouri. I was so excited and couldn’t wait for its arrival! When it arrived I was overwhelmed with excitement. I opened the box and my elephant was crumbled to pieces! I called the UPS store immediately and shared my sad story. Shana assured me not to worry and that I would be reimbursed.Reimbursement was the last thing on my mind! I wanted my elephant. I purchased another elephant and returned to the UPS and this time Shana and Travis assured me it would arrive in one piece. Three days later it arrived all in one piece!!!!! Now my elephant sits on my front porch in Missouri.Thanks to the “Exceptional Customer Service that was provided by two hard working people. They represent the establishment well!!”

“There was an issue with a package I sent being held at a UPS location across town after a failed delivery attempt that I was unable to retrieve. I did not have the best of luck with customer service so I went to the UPS store and explained my situation to Dee who went out of her way to drive across town after her shift to retrieve my package for me to come and pick up the next morning and ship again. You do not see service like this anymore! I am so grateful for her!! Thank you Dee!!”
“Nick is as well known in the Ballantyne area as some politicians. His store is always clean, efficient and friendly.
He and the staff go out of their way to help you with more than just shipping. PO Boxes, printing, copying, business services and more make it a worthwhile stop for a multitude of reasons.”
“This is a smaller company and they don't have someone who answers the phone. You have to be patient. The communication was good and the final product is top quality. The installation was great. It took about 5 weeks from order time to installation.”

Jai went above and beyond to not only help me but multi-task helping other customers at the same time to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner.Not only was he notarizing for one customer, he was also sending a package out for another, helping a third client return equipment to an internet provider, all while asking what modifications and sizes I needed on the high quality pictures I was printing. “I needed my passport renewed, so I came here for a passport photo. It was fairly busy, but the employees did an excellent job of dealing with all the clients quickly and professionally. They were also able to get me not only the photo, but to help me with the whole application. Overall was very impressed, especially with the guy who seemeed to be in charge.”
“Kia was the most helpful employee. I walked in and was immediately welcomed; I asked if my fading printer ink label would work and he informed me no. He said just just email it to this address and we will print it. 30 seconds later he printed it and attached it to my package. 10/10 Kia was a extremely helpful and king employee.”
“I started visiting the Colony Rd. location, a few months ago. I knew instantly, by their demeanors, and the unfriendly way that I was greeted (if at all), that the two middle-aged ladies would be problematic. However, I quickly changed their attitudes, by striking up a friendly conversation. Basically, killed them (no, not laterally) with kindness—haha. It works every single time! I no longer dread going to this convenient location!
UPDATE 8/3/24: New, younger employees. Very friendly and extremely helpful. One young lady went out of her way to assist me with bringing in a very heavy parcel—without me asking for assistance. I do believe that the owner has taken note of the negative reviews, and is making changes to make this a welcoming store.”
