I found this salon while searching on the internet for a reputable place to get highlights. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment online with Alycia for the following week. I received a confirmation as well as an appointment reminder email prior to the day of my appointment. I received a friendly greeting when I arrived and was seated very quickly. Alycia asked if I had a color in mind and we looked through some pictures to find one that I liked. We talked about my at home hair care and products that work well for me. She applied the foils and also put on a deep conditioner afterwards. Once my hair was dry, she gave me a trim and styled it with loose curls. I was so happy when I saw the finished result. It was PERFECT! Alycia definitely understood the assignment and delivered. I will definitely be going back for future services despite the fact that I live three and a half hours away. It was worth the trip!

My Hair as always is BEAUTIFUL ? Alycia really takes care of my hair and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I have autism and she always makes sure to take time with me and is very gentle when she does my hair , even offering to touch it up right before my graduation because I couldn't get an appointment close to the date , She's the only one my mom trust to do me and my Sisters Hair ... and I want to tell her Thank you for being so good to us . I will always come here !!!!?

If you're looking for THE place where you'll get the kind of care for your natural hair you won't get anywhere else, Madison & Mane is it. Though it can be hard to find someone talented enough to cut a large Afro from its natural state, Alycia arguably game mine the finest trim I've ever experienced; I even ran into a guy later that day who said he'd "never seen such a perfect Afro." Not only will I return here for future hair trims from Alycia, but I look forward to working with the other stylists for braiding. The pricing was more than fair and between the people and atmosphere, it reminded me of back in the day when I'd hang around all my aunties!

Went for the first time a week ago and Alycia did my hair. I have alopecia and was worried about being limited on styling options. Alycia did a great job cutting and styling my hair! I am in love with the style and have gotten sooo many compliments!! She even recommended a hair powder that is used to cover thin areas. I went and bought it, and it really has made a HUGE difference!! Can't wait to go back for my next appointment!!

Alicia has been doing my hair for a few years now and always provides excellent service. She is on time, manages scheduling so there is minimal wait and always has me right when I leave. Madison and Mane stylists have the needed skills to service a variety of hair needs including natural, relaxed, sew-in, wigs, braids, etc. You name it, they can do it. The salon is in a great location also. Alicia and staff have a friendly, genuine and pleasant disposition which also makes for a nice experience.

Requested style: This was my very first visit to the salon and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I was serviced by Alecia Williams and received 5 star treatment. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in need of service.

I shampooed my own hair the morning of 4/11/2024 before going to my appt, as I was pressed for time and wanted to cut down on my time spent at the hair salon that day. However, I was still charged the same price that I'm charged when I receive the shampoo service. I've been going to this salon for two years and I always tip and to be charged for a service that I did not receive was extremely disappointing and I will not be going back.

Madison&Mane is beyond excellent. From booking my appointment to aftercare instructions on how to maintain my hair was so professional yet so simple. The time and attention that Alycia pays to her customers is so next level. The salon was so relaxing and refreshing. The day I was there she was serving a range of customers from young to old as well as natural styles to styles that also involved chemicals and I must say every last one of the customers were satisfied and looked amazing!

I've been going to Ms. Alicia and Drea since 2016! They are such amazing women to be around, their location is easy to find, cozy, elegant, and clean. And last, their skills are A++++++ I've never left unsatisfied. They are very knowable about your hair health, while giving you what you ask for and better!

First time visiting the salon and will definitely be back! It was such a friendly environment all of the stylist were very nice and welcoming. Alycia did an amazing on my silk press. She's very considerate and professional. Overall a great experience !

Its currently 3/14/2024 9am was my appointment. I think her name was alisha? Im so sorry if its not. BUT! honestly and truely best salon experience ive ever had. Loved it. Im a quite person, the location was quite, ive never been in that part of the area. Its really nice and quite. The woman who done my hair, shes so nice! And her feed back on while she was doing my hair seem genuine. She now has a new client for sure. i can see that she likes to conversate sadly i couldnt do that and she loves to sing! If she sees this she knows who im directing to lol. The salon wasnt all over the place, structure is what i like and that place seem to have it. Im saying seem because im a 1st timer. Idk what its like on a busy day or any other day and think god i didnt lol. Overall im coming back.
