It's interesting to see the reviews here.I went in today. Everything was totally cool, but then I got asked if I needed help or a dressing room like 6 times in less than 5 minutes. I finally told them I had been asked too many times and received defense and an attitude from a woman who felt like a manager the entirety of my visit. Made me super uncomfortable. She was obviously gossiping about me. It's almost as if you thought I was going to shoplift. So bizarre, uncalled for, and inappropriate.It's interesting to read that a lot of reviews I'm seeing so far are talking about receiving no customer service. There's a balance between being available and welcoming and invading people's space and not letting them breathe when they shop.Whether it's no customer service or too much, obviously the customers are feeling your energy... and it's not great. People are looking for kindness and respect, which you're not genuinely offering.

Quality pieces and service. I know a few reviews mention not being greeted, but I actually like being able to walk in and browse on my own without any pressure. Any time I've needed assistance they've been more than willing to help!

I visited the store today 4/17/23 looking to make a purchase and I am still not sure why I contine to go in this store! The staff NEVER GREETS YOU! At least not me! I have even sent an email with no response! Both employees looked me dead in my face and kept talking?as if I was invisible as DARK AS I AM! I’m pretty sure that the service values are NOT that in which these two employee displayed at your South Park location!Maybe more training on customer service would be helpful for these two young ladies…

They have the best new styles of women clothing for all ages. My wife and daughter likes all the spring styles. Nice shoes to go with them.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked into the store today 9/8/22 at around 7:20pm, no one else was in there except two employees near the register chatting with each other. Never got a hello or how may I help you. I dug through different jeans looking for a style and fit. I was unsuccessful so I left without anyone saying a word to me. When I got to my car I realized I didn’t have my phone so I walked back to the store, was greeted this time and I let them know I thought I’d left my phone in the store. One of the employees said oh well no one has turned it in. I let her know I was only in a few moments ago and as she turns her back and walks away she says yeah and no one has turned anything in. I found my phone exactly where I thought I placed it down, no help from the ladies working there. One just walked away to the back while the other stayed behind the register. Unbelievably rude stuck up service I’ve ever received. My recommendation is do not shop here, I’d give a negative star rating if I could.

The associates are always helpful and quick to find what I need or try to order it for me! This is my favorite location to shop when I visit Charlotte!
